Personality

Drukag is all about hard work. He holds patience and discipline as important virtues, but makes sure he follows them as well. He follows the rules of his society as close as he can, but has a soft-spot for the 'minority' whether it be Troll immigrants or maimed war veterans or even peons, like himself. He's a soft-spoken guy, and often has to restate things he says so he can be heard. For an Orc, he's a pansy. For anyone else, he's just a tad gentle. Drukag wouldn't describe himself as 'gentle' or a 'pansy'. He's just lacks in the Orcish Aggression area. He's the last person to oblige to a fight, but the first to make sure he gets to see it.

Drukag at the basics is an agreeable fellow with more on his mind than starting fights and petty honor. He'd rather just be left on his own to do what he'd like to do.

History

Drukag's is a sad story. He belongs to a long line of peons. So long that the only one who became a Grunt had his name immortalized by the family. Duub was his name, but his history is not the focus. Drukag carries the genes of the traditional peon. Small, resistant, diligent, and passive. His birth wasn't anything special, it was easy to tell he might never reach the size of a real Orcish warrior, and being born to a group of peons made things like shaman-level education a fantasy. Drukag had his blessings though. He's a thick-skinned little brute. He's brushed off more insults and jeers he can count, and has been the subject of many nasty comments. In a way, he passed his own little 'Rite of Passage'.

Drukag was lucky enough not to be sent into any mines to gather gold, and lucky enough not to cut trees twenty times his size. Instead, Drukag was made to repair buildings and towers and dig ditches in the event of war. His most favorite activity would have to be working with the Catapults. Although he wasn't particularly aggressive, he had the same amount of instilled violence as any Orc. Watching things burn and break is one of his past-times. At the dawn of the Demolisher, a true achievement for Orcish Engineering, Drukag was put in a real combat situation. It was a foggy moment for Drukag, but he got a good enough view of these mechanical juggernauts. The experience inspired him and one of his goals in life if to make something 'better' than the Demolisher.

Since the construction of Orgrimmar, Drukag has gone back to work. Although he isn't terribly content with it, he won't complain. He aspires to go to Ratchet and learn the trade of Engineers, those responsible for the construction of the monster-on-wheels. Until that day, he'll settle with learning from the retired veterans of the Horde and raising enough money to pursue such a goal.
