Appearance

She likes tight clothes, preferring to wear what feels like a 'second skin', as opposed to coverings. To such an end, she almost exclusively wears leather, some of it custom made by her, other parts taken from defeated foes when she felt she needed more protection. She doesn't tend to worry much further than that with her wardrobe, as her sense of propriety and desire to look and feel a member of 'civilized society' left her long ago.

Other: She can often be seen boasting little trophies across her form, teeth and claws shown proudly in leather bands on her arms and legs, and sometimes her vest. She has a few feathers corded and tied in with her wild mane of hair, as well as a similar adornment for an ear piercing on the right lobe. Her body holds many scars, each seeming to have only be magically healed to the point of keeping her from being permanently crippled or weakened from the injuries, but left otherwise to mend themselves. The most notable, while not the most grave, is likely one on her left cheek, three claw marks that were well tended and have mostly faded over the years, though a slight color and texture difference from the rest of her violet skin leaves it quite noticeable on her.

Another thing to note is that she's extremely fit. Her muscles, while not bulging, are clearly defined across her form, and she's shaped as an athlete with an emphasis on speed and maneuverability..

Personality

Sina tends to have a passionate heart, if a wandering mind. She usually seems aloof, possibly even mildly touched in the head, and when presented with a problem or situation, her analytical mind hardly seems present at all, the girl acting almost entirely on instinct. This shows most when she's highly stressed, but even at the best of times she can come off as wildly unpredictable.

Due to so much time spent in the wilds and with the different beasts of the world, Sina has a bad tendency, when not minding herself, to reflect the most prominent aspects of the beasts, especially those she can turn into. This tends to make her very dangerous, especially in environments and situations she's unused to. She's been know, more than once, to flee from towns or large groups of people with a highly feral presence about her, which makes most individuals worry.

Sina has a particular interest in the other races of the world, in her own savage way. From her extremely infrequent visits to settlements and villages, she's gathered what beings are allies to her people, and which are foes. She has a certain fascination with humans in particular, amused by all their efforts despite their short lifespans. She's highly wary of Orcs, choosing to avoid them as much as possible, rarely willing to interact with one on peaceful terms. Trolls and Forsaken fare no better, as Trolls seem highly violent and have a natural grudge against elf kind (or so it seems to Sina), and the Forsaken are abominations against nature. She thinks of the rest in terms of general curiosity or basic disinterest, depending on which is in question.

History

Drasina was born a few thousand years after the War of the Ancients. She was lucky that her father, a Druid, had come out of the Emerald Dream at roughly the same time, and remained with the family for the early years of the girl's life. Her mother was a Sentinel, and as soon as she had recovered from the pregnancy and birth, she was called back to duty, which kept her away often. Thanks to that, Sina become rather bonded to her father.

During these early days, Drasina's mind developed faster than her body, and she was asking many questions about her father's chosen path before she was hardly waist high. Her father was a gentle and good natured man, and he always answered her as best he could to her satisfaction. These exchanges set the roots for her path later in life.

Once she was a full adult, Drasina sought to learn the ways of Druidism. Her father had gone back to the Emerald Dream, and she missed him terribly in addition to her own interest in the path. Her would be teachers, however, were more wary. Worried over social implications as well as her apparent lack of skill, as shown by her silver eyes, they tried to persuade her to join other organizations. Sina, still young and without a strong voice behind her, gave into them and sought to join the Sentinels under her mother.

She wasn't terrible at the tasks she was given. She had always been a physically strong girl, as were all the enchanted Night Elves, and she could keep to the training well enough. It was within that she felt unfulfilled, turmoil roiling within her like a growing fire. Every day weighed on her more heavily, a dangerous thing when one is slated to live for eternity, and so she apologized profusely to her mother and teachers before resigning from her training.

Some years had passed since she had last visited the Druid grove that had turned her away, and she was emotionally stronger this time. Again, the Druids were wary, yet she refused to be sent off this time, using logic and her determination to convince them to let her try the path. Seeing that this is what she truly wanted, they agreed to try and train her, but offered no promises of success.

Sina threw everything she could into her training, giving her all with every task set before her. She learned, sure, but it was slow. Very slow. Her teachers were worried over her progress, if not her enthusiasm. She learned their ideology, their beliefs with total ease, but applying their abilities was a constant fight for her. It was as if something was blocking her, some force set against her. As the years passed, she slipped deeper and deeper into a growing depression at her continual failings.

Slow though it was, she did learn some, and after a few centuries, it was determined that she should be strong enough to enter the Emerald Dream, where her training could truly take off. Sina, however, felt such was too good for herself. When it came to the night, she apologized, much as she had to her mother before, and departed, this time hollow within.

She tried to return to her home village, but felt such a failure that she refused to remain. Taking only what she needed, she set off into the wilds. Winters slipped by with hardly any recognition, and the young Night Elf used the skills she'd gained from her previous vocations to survive. It was difficult at first, but the basic requirements of her new task gave her the strength she needed. Things grew easier with time, and a simple life suited her broken heart.

Years passed. Thousands of them. Sina hardly noticed. She visited towns every so often, kept herself sane and 'normal' enough to communicate with other humanoids, but she had largely relented herself to the wild, becoming one with it. Her progress was slow, slower than before, technically, as she had no master to teach her, but still, her skills with Druidism grew. She often visited the shrines and dens of the Druids and Keepers, learning new little tricks here and there. The rest of her time was spent with the beasts, using her calming abilities to interact with them peacefully. She spent her winters with bears and hunted with the great cats that inhabited the lands, usually still in her natural form. Once she learned of it from other Druids, however, she lived among the beasts as one of their own at times, letting her new bestial instincts take over for long periods of time before she pulled herself back to "humanity".

Things were uninterrupted until the Legion and the green-skinned brutes came. She watched her homelands get burnt and corrupted, her animal companions be slain, and even witnessed from afar the death of Cenarius. Unaware of her abilities and tormented by a mind altered to think like a beast so often, she believed herself no possible match for the invaders and, when forced to choose between fight or flight, she went with the latter.

Once the initial fear wore off, Sina let the anger at all the devastation into herself, fighting to overcome her animalistic urges. She began lashing out against the invaders whenever it was possible, killing off one or two of a scouting party with her mystical skills, going in as a beast to drag a straggler away before his allies could aid him, or crashing into a sleeping camp to cause what chaos she could. She was always careful, however, running after the first moments of surprise had left her adversaries, escaping to the safety of the night and the forest. She never tried to make battle on the demons, of course, and didn't get the chance to tussle with the humans, either.

When the war ended, Drasina's part had been minimal enough to have gone unnoticed. She regretted deeply not participating more, feeling it as yet another failing. This was especially true for her as she felt the loss of the World Tree, finding out the implications by later visiting a town to get information. With her immortality lost, Drasina chose to change her life, yet again. She still felt aloof from civilized kind, especially the odd other races that, in the short following years, would become their allies. Still, she decided to begin participating more fully in the world of men, leaving behind her vagabond existence with the beasts.

She spent the years just after the war trying to train again amongst her kind, surprised to find how far she'd actually come over the centuries on her own. Her power was great now, far beyond what she had expected it to be, though her lack of time spent within the Emerald Dream had limited her. She was not so good at spellcasting as most of her brethren were, and her tendency toward volatile reactions to difficult situations kept her aloof from most of her kind.

After so long believing herself weak, however, these small signs and admirations from her peers filled the Druidess with joy and confidence once more, as if her mind and heart were making up for so much time spent being depressed. She walked among both the world of Men and Beasts, though less the former, prepared to do all she could to heal the damages of the world.

Skills and Abilities

Physical Prowess: Drasina has spent centuries alone in the forests of the Kaldorei lands, and some places beyond. She learned much of the wilderness and those beasts that inhabit it, and came to heavily emulate them. She's toned and athletic, and is quite accustomed to performing melee combat in both her beast forms and her humanoid shape. However, her spellcasting strength has somewhat suffered for this, making her less effective than her brethren.

Of the Pack: Drasina spent much time living near and with the wild animals of the world, both as friend and, with those she could shape-shift into, one of the pack. She has a more advanced ability to communicate with most wild beasts, in particular those she shares the shape of. However, she has lost much of her ability to understand the intricacies of humanoid verbalization and emotional reflection, and has been known to grow frustrated when dealing with the oral intricacies of civilized society.
