In more casual attire, she can be spotted wearing black with silver bits of decorations through the clothes, uncovering her face for those to see. She would carry around a simple walking stick in casual clothes.

Personality

Drakesun can be considered in a sense, a controller of sorts, one who promises rewards for people to do things for her. She can put her mind to things and do them herself, but why do such simple-minded tasks when you can work on your own things to increase your own power? She has a sense of honor left in here, not killing things for her own gains, but that doesn't stop her from commanding a minion to kill someone for her. She keeps her hands clean from crimes most of the time, and seeks that she can gain power through more conventional means, rather than just killing someone and taking what's left. Perhaps she may work for someone, or she will have many work under her, only time can tell. She doesn't show straight-out anger often, instead, she commands those under her control to 'do what they please' with whoever angers her.

History

Drakesun's life started with a simple night of two lovers in Quel'Thalas, only to have them depart days after what her mother calls a 'Silly Argument'. Though her father is left unknown to her, her mother helped raise Drakesun as best as she could, along with advice from other people visiting her inn. That's right, her mother was an innkeeper. Back then, they were still known as High-elves, some 80 years before the first war even began. It was a peaceful time, and with plenty of money, Drakesun's mother wanted her to go find her father... in the front lines.

'I don't want to be a ranger.' was the only thing that would come out of Drakesun's mind in her early years. Instead, she wanted to be a leader, a visionary, someone to hold a sword in battle, and command the front lines. That's only if she wanted to go into battle, though... Hidden from her mother, Drakesun truly wanted to be a tailor. After seeing many outfits that people would wear to her mother's inn, she wanted to make something of her own, something that would almost combine the formalities of all races. Her mother insisted that she find her father, and get to know him in battle. And, in fact, she did.

Her mother supported Drakesun as she went into training to be a Ranger. By the time she was 80 years old, she had learned of her father's whereabouts, and did everything in her power to meet with him.

Eventually, the two finally met, as Drakesun was placed within her father's own small squad of flankers, meant to attack from the sides of combat. As much as her father disliked this outcome, Drakesun demanded she be told why she had to grow up without a dad to see. 'Your mother wanted me to stay at the inn. Settle down. I can't do that.'

The answer left a seed in Drakesun's soul, a seed that would grow and start to change her life.

Five years later, with Drakesun being 90 years old, the second war had begun, and the squad had been put on defense from the orc's onslaught on the border of Quel'Thalas. Drakesun's father was killed in the blast of a catapult, while her mother's inn was ruined. Though her mother survived, she later died that day from injuries. Enraged High-elves were ready to put their full support into the Alliance for the war, and Drakesun was quick to wipe her tears with the help of her allies. The seed from within only grew, and her life strayed into the path of revenge. She took over as the squad leader, and helped the humans retake Stormwind. She did not, however, push forward to destroy the dark portal. Instead, she returned home, and wanted to make the orcs suffer, not from arrows, but from other means. A brutal and slow death.

She now had the riches of her mother, and the funds of her father in her name, taking them to Stormwind to look for books of power, spending her time as a librarian to enjoy the peace and quiet, and seek the knowledge she wanted. Most of the pages were but lore, paladins, mages, and the history of the first war. Drakesun didn't pay much mind to these sorts of books. She found herself attracted to Dalaran, in her hopes to find the dark magic she wanted, and instead her ears heard of the 'Order of Tirisfal', and she backed away.

Finally, she would manage to get her hands on a book... thanks to the Defias Brotherhood. The favors in return were small, a book here and there, and a bribe or two, but nothing she could not afford.

She practiced with the book in secret, choosing to go out for a walk late at night, with bow in hand, and work with dark arts near the graveyard. She soon came to be able to summon an imp, who... she first thought was quite funny. She talked with the imp one day, explaining her plight, and the imp agreed to help her with her problems.

Years would pass, and every night she could go out into the graveyard in the forest, she spoke with the imp, telling it of her day, and explaining what she had learned. The imp continued to guide her down the path of using fel magics. In a sense, it was a friend, but it was also someone that looked out for her, ready to tell her a guard was coming to look at the graveyard. And every night, the reason for her coming would be the same: 'I'm begging the spirits to please tell my father and mother I love them, even in their death.'

The book she held was becoming closer and closer to her, and the Defias started to hike up the bribe prices each time they asked for some. Drakesun was slowly running out of money earned. She called the imp one night, complaining about the Defias, and the imp made a wonderful suggestion: 'Why don't you just kill them, and say the guards did it?'

It was a wonderful suggestion... and she would wait, telling the Defias agents to come to her library after closing hours for the money one night, for she would not be there earlier that day. Alone in the library, she invited the Defias agents inside, and quickly put one out of his misery with an arrow. The other defias agent would be treated to Drakesun's hand slamming out in the form of a Shadow bolt, making the henchmen fall flat to the ground.

She called upon the guard after her 'self-defense', and stated what had happened, how she was 'ruthlessly pestered for money' by thieves, and how they drew a knife on her and threatened to burn down the library. Though when she was questioned why one of the thugs had no wounds, she quickly blurted out 'I was reading magic books, and used a spell.'

The guard around the library was increased by Drakesun's request after that, as she hid from the Defias, and practiced with the imp in the library in the dark, alone. He was small, easy to hide, and the book could be her diary for all anyone knew. But the guards noticed she didn't visit the graves anymore.

Her skill in the dark magic would continue to grow, and grow, taking time alone to conjure spells in private, and use them as she went to the river for 'fishing' in the early morning. Fishing, being, casting the dark arts in practice.

The third war would begin, and Drakesun felt her home was in danger. She summoned her imp friend, and asked for advice on what to do. The imp laughed, and stated that the scourge would wreck her home. 'I guarantee you can save them if you drink felblood'. It was an odd suggestion, but the imp even had some with him. Drakesun gave it a sip... and spat it right back out. It tasted /horrible/, like rotting socks and cooked flesh. "Never give me that again."

Drakesun stayed behind in Stormwind, and after she heard of the Fall of Quel'Thalas, she packed her things and made a trek back home with her bow. On the way, she met a small trio of Defias agents, all of course, wanting the 'fee she hasn't payed' for the past 15 years. She went to summon her imp, and instead, she got a void walker, who helped her dispose of the three, along with her newly mastered magics. She didn't even bother to take care of the corpses, she just left, walking with her new travel partner.

The voidwalker and her seemed on more tense terms... It would bug her. 'Why aren't you drinking fel blood' 'Why haven't you learned more spells'. It was a bit annoying at times, unlike her silly imp friend, and she quietly just told it to follow her orders. Her dominance was enough to tell the voidwalker what was to be done, making him protect her on the trip home. She found herself having to ... absorb magic from the voidwalker as well, feeling herself void of the sunwell's power. Something did happen.

Finally, as she reached Quel'Thalas, she found it deserted and barren of life. Only thieves and spirits walked the land.

Her morale was shaken, and she called upon her imp friend once more, informing it of her plight. It was a mix to her. The orcs killed her family long ago, but now the orcs are fighting elsewhere, no where to be found in the Eastern Kingdoms. Drakesun found herself making her way to Dalaran, only to find that it too had been destroyed. All seemed lost for the High-Elf, and she returned to Silvermoon, set to die there. She summoned her imp again, and told him of the plan.

Of course, the imp would suggest she simply return to Stormwind, but she was in a bind. Why return? Just to fend of more Defias, and be found out for her dark magic? Instead, she returned to Silvermoon, only to find it being rebuilt. By 'Blood Elves'.

Drakesun took on the change of her people's name, and assisted in rebuilding Silvermoon city with what resources she had. She did inform the elves of her previous work in Silvermoon, as well as the fate of her mother and father. And she reluctantly spoke of her book, claiming it gave her 'the power to exact revenge on the Scourge.'.

Overtime, Warlock magic would become a bit more common, especially in Murder Row. Drakesun found herself drawn to the area, as well as moving to explore around herself, looking for people to join for her to gain more power. She isn't corrupted, but she's slowly making her way there.

In the present time, her magic has increased with power, and like in Stormwind, she works as a librarian in Silvermoon, and lives in her library. But she goes out very often, and isn't home much. One day, she will find the power she seeks, and she will exact revenge for the deaths that were made long long ago. Even if she has to tell her new 'companions' what to do.
