Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: The troll wears leather armor to stay moblie as it protects from heat better than metals.

Other: Dazehl's main weapon is a battery-powered drill. She also carries a dagger, other hand-held tools an assortment of grenades varying from simple explosive, elemental to Electromagnetic Pulse.

Personality

Dazehl speaks clearly for a troll but still has an accent. She is quite bold and isn't afraid to speak her mind. Dazehl has a deep love for the Orcs, Tauren and other Trolls. She is still wary of the Blood Elves as a whole. She sees primitive Trolls, Warlock Orcs, destructive machines and their creators a source of the deconstruction of tribal values. Even with her hatred of these and Forsaken, she never lashes out violently without cause.

While she is not a Shaman, Dazehl reveres the great earth spirit. It enbodies what she views as steadfast, honest and unshakable courage. She has taken on many of the earth spirit's attributes including becoming stoic and distant in nature. Dazehl curiously rubs sections of her body down with dust before battle and bathes in natural murky ponds.

History

She was seventeen when Sen'jin was sacrificed to the Sea Witch. Before that she lived a typical troll's life just trying to survive. When Thrall and the orcish horde agreed to have save their tribe, Dazehl was motivated to spring into action, and earn her respect among the tribe.

She was "of age" when the new Horde and the Darkspear Tribe sailed for Kalimdor's Echo Islands. Thrall's call for sexual equality answered Dazehl's desire to prove herself. It didn't seem long to Dazehl before the Kul Tiras navy began their attack on the Darkspears. She was old enough to hold her own when the Horde battled alongside her tribe for their freedom. Their superior firepower with cannons and guns took many friends away from the young woman. It was during these battles she began experimenting with counter-measures.

With victory in-tow Dazehl joined the few trolls that went with the new Horde in search of allies. The orcs and trolls found much in common with the Tauren; a love of battle, honor and a shamanistic world view. Alongside the Orcs, Tauren, and Trolls Dazehl began to realize her gifts in battle and finally achieved in her own eyes, equality.

Skills and Abilities

Strengths

  • Technologic - Techslayers have a keen knowledge on machinery, usually memorizing the fine details of designs. Specifically their weak points.
  • Diffuser - A Techslayer can safely disarm a bomb or another mechanical device with their knowledge of the inner workings of machines.
  • Favored enemy: Engineers - Techslayers can wreck another tinker's machinery and can often counteract their methods of defense and offense.

Weaknesses

  • Concentration - Techslayers know how to fight engineers. Hard. They are less proficient with other enemies, however, and the mystical machinations of a mage may end up being too different for the Techslayer to handle with the same efficiency.
  • Basic Construction - Techslayers largely wield the same machinery as the common engineer; they simply place it to a different use. They may be more honed in using EMP grenades than rocket launchers, but in the end the Techslayer isn't making many esoteric gadgets such as a suit of steam armor.

Electromagnetic Pulse Technology

  • A Techslayer's best friend. The EMP can come in many forms- grenades, belt activated blasts, and even just present as an aura emitted around the Techslayer. The EMP guarantees to take down most mechanical devices in the area upon use, rendering their users helpless. The obvious downside is that the Techslayer's own tech is nonfunctional during this period as well. EMPs are not selective.

Precision Strike

  • Techslayers are capable of completely crippling robotic foes. A Techslayer with proper study in a design (or at times even a similar design of bot) may bring alongside his arsenal what is essentially a touch of death to a mechanical foe- Able to place a machine out of commission with a single well aimed blow. Again, mastering this strike can take a good deal of time, and a different weakness must be exploited for different machines.

Green Machine

  • Techslayers are protectors of the earth, vigilante against the destructive tendencies of the usual tinker. Because of this they will often employee 'green' technology, leaving very little trace of its effects on the land. Elemental cores and renewable energy sources are most common when dealing with these sorts of machinery.

Tracker

  • A skilled Techslayer needs no roar of an engine or the clash of metal to find his prey. Techslayers have become honed to the signs of technology, and can track the offending implement down through even the slightest signs of pollutants or tracks of a spidertank. There is no rest for the mechanically-minded wicked.
