Appearance

Daresh wears plate armor fit to that of a samurai. The body armor is made of plates that cover his torso and strap to his shoulders. The shoulder armor is made of a series of plates overlapping each other. The leggings, boots, gloves, and bracers are also plate, with a bit of leather between plates. On his body he usually carries a twin set of katanas, and a dwarven rifle on his back.

Personality

Daresh is a quiet, stand-tall warrior who relies on his skills more than almost anything else. He does not boast, and finds that that does him well, for when someone picks a fight with him, and they are below his level, they find themselves quickly overpowered by his prowess. He bears no ill-will to any of the races, but would prefer if they would treat him with the same respect he tries to give them. He knows when he is outmatched, and will run from a fight to save his life if need be. Other than that, Daresh just likes to be free to do what he wills, and likes to have fun.

History

Born to a goodly night elven warrior-woman and a night elf druid man, Daresh was raised oddly. Often he would be picked on and shoved into the water or off an edge by other children, but if his father was there, watching in the guise of an animal, then she shielded him from the trouble and turned into her natural self, the children fleeing. Still, it went on, and he wasn't always there to protect him. He had to learn to fight, and fight fast, so he trained with his mother every chance he got. As he grew older, and the children bolder, they tried to mess with him more often, but he fought back now, and won. Groups of three to five children untrained lost to his trained fighting skill, though they were all his age and a few were bigger. Slowly the attacks on him stopped, and he was able to grow up peacefully, becoming a great swordsman and a warrior for hire. He left his home at 7,000, taking with him his two katanas and a sack of gold, silver and copper, wearing a ranger's outfit of leather and cloak. In his travels he went to the Dwarves, who, upon being befriended by him, offered to make him his rifle and his armor. Now he wanders aimlessly, taking part in whatever adventures may find him
