When in combat, Dagrim generally wears very light armor, usually leather. She also tends to wear darker colors, often allowing her to blend in with the environment better. When out of combat, the Orc wears whatever she can get her hands on.

Personality

Dagrim puts on a tough exterior in order to hide what she believes to be her own weaknesses. She often berates others, pointing out their flaws or failures so that none notice her own. To show weakness is to lead oneself to death. Because of this, others might find her unwilling to speak of anything traumatic or subjects that bring her discomfort. When lacking confidence, Dagrim will often attempt to berate others in order to better her self-esteem. Her insults and sarcasm is also an attempt to bring attention from her own flaws to those of others.

Only to friends will Dagrim speak of what she truly might feel on a subject such as fear, doubt, or weakness. She is very protective of the few friends she has, willing to stick her neck out to protect those close to her. Her insults and berating towards friends seems to have a friendly manner to it, seeming more like teasing than outright insulting. To her enemies, she avoids speaking with all together. If her insults stop coming, it's an obvious sign of falling out of favor with her.

Due to how she grew up, Dagrim is very much of the belief that 'if you put something down, it is no longer yours'. She shows little amnesty towards other races save humans. She absolutely hates humans.

Dagrim tends to follow the beliefs of the New Horde. Though, occasionally bits and pieces of her father's teachings will peak through. She will be cold, ruthless, and underhanded when things become grim. It is a side of her that she tries to hide, believing it to be shameful in the New Horde.

History

Dagrim was born into the dark, depressing environment that was the internment camps of the Alliance. She was separated by her mother Angrosh at birth, leaving her to be raised by her father, Kruol. He was a cold, ruthless Orc who did whatever was necessary to survive the cruel camps, and raised Dagrim to be such. He taught her how to be quick with her hands. How to be able to get that little bit extra food. How to hide in plain sight. And how to fight.

As he taught her these things, Kruol also taught Dagrim on what an Orc should be. Underhanded. Sly. Cruel. Things that the Old Horde believed to be necessary. He would teach her the ways of their ancestors from the Stormreaver Clan. It was from these beliefs that Dagrim attempted to base her beliefs around.

Though as time went on, conditions in the camp the two stayed in grew worse. Food became scarce for the two Stormreavers, and Kruol resorted to stealing from others to keep himself alive. One day, a human guard noticed Kruol attempting to steal from supplies. Almost immediately after this was found out, an announcement was made that the old Orc was executed to put others whom would try the same in line. From that day forward, Dagrim absolutely despised Humans.

From that day until the Orc's eventual freedom, Dagrim became a sort of a recluse. Anyone whom approached her was swiftly greeted with a flurry of insults and attempts to get them to leave her be. They generally worked, and she was left to her own devices for the rest of her time in the internment camp.

When the Orcs were freed from their imprisonment, Dagrim was a little confused. This 'New Horde' she was to be a part of was everything her father himself was against. It spoke of the honor, loyalty, and honesty. The concept of honor that was preached was odd to her to say the least. However, she attempted to combine the teachings of the 'New Horde' and her father's into one, in order to better fit in.

Dagrim would spend the following years doing whatever was asked for her. As time went on, she attempted to discover what she is, and who's lessons were right. Her father's teachings? Or the New Horde's teachings? Confused, she joined the military out of the hope that she might be able to figure out which of the two's lessons were superior through service in the army.

To this day, she still serves in the Horde armies. Fighting for the Horde, and trying to learn more about what being an Orc truly is.
