Personality

He values honor and loyalty, a man who are more prone to good than "evil" he still sees the need for certain actions, especially when most other races wouldn´t hesitate to burn him on a pyre. As such he does what is necessery but takes no pleasure in it, rather sparing an innocent if said person isn´t a potential danger to him or his "friends". However, lately he has come to listen more closely to what certain Shadow priests say, the thought that innocence is a obsolete artefact word is slowly making it´s way into his thoughts.

History

Charles was a simple man, part of the Lordareon Infantry he was on patrol in the north when the plague appeared, he, together with thousands of others, died.

"Awakening" and becoming a Forsaken was something of a shock for Charles, for a time he was unsure what to do, first he was planning join the Deathguard but for some reason they refused to let him join (personally he believes it was due to religious reasons). So, clueless as to what to do he wandered around Undercity, looking for a purpose.

Soon, however, he heard of the Harbingers, and their goal to establish the undead in the world, seeing the hate from Humans and in fact almost all of the living and of course the tremendous might of the Scourge, he joined, even if only to protect his "new" people.

He rose rather quickly in the Harbingers, his temperate emotions (something that can be hard to find among the undead now a days) together with his fighting skill made him a prime candidate for the position as a Shade. Not only that, but the Apothecary took note of him and introduced him to another organization, one where Charles hopes that he can achieve more than the endless killing of zealots and slaves.
