Personality

Cattie is friendly and curious. She's protective and loyal to Stormwind and the realms of man. Being (or well, learning to be) a warrior, she pretends to be tough, but actually she isn't.

History

Cattie is the middle of three daughters of a farmers family. The family lived on a farm in Westfall, near the border with Elwynn forest.

Her life has been relatively easy so far. The sisters spent most of their time helping out on the land and looking after the cattle.

A few years ago, a traveler knocked the door. He told them that he was a priest of the Light and that he was too tired to continue his trip to Sentinel Hill. The family welcomed him and offered him food and rest. Catties oldest sister, Mary, was enthralled by the mans shiny white robe and decided to join him on his journey.

It hurted their parents to let their daughter go, but they knew that she would be in safe hands. After lots of hugs and farewells, Mary went on her way and joined the priesthood in Stormwind.

Then the influence of the Defias increased in the lands of Westfall. More and more of their neighbours were driven away from their lands and the family was strugling to save theirs. How often she saw her father chasing thieves with his pitchfork. Secretly she laughed about it, but she knew well enough that it was very serious.

Then disaster struck. When her father was transporting the cattle from the stables to the fields, a cow, thinking to protect her calf, took him on the horns. He was severely injured and had to be taken to Stormwind for further treatment. With pain in their hearts, the family had no other choice then to abandon their home and seek shelter in Stormwind. Without her father to protect them, the farm would soon be taken over by the Defias.

A few days later, in Stormwind, the family considered the situation. All that they worked for in their lives was lost. It was the first time that she saw her father cry...

That night she spent thinking and making decisions. The next morning, she walked up to her father and she vowed to him to become a fighter. She vowed to do all she could to get the farm back. All she wanted was to see her parents live there again, and to spend their days happily and peacefully.

Her father smiled, seeing the fire burning in Catties eyes. Then she collected her belongings and went on her way.
