Personality

This wee fellow is a scientist by nature. His wide eyes soak up everything and absorbs it with detail. Delighting in anything, his true passion is thrusting it underneath his personal mini-scope xk3000 (and hoping it doesn't explode) and examining it in detail. Short on social customs yet high on conversation material, Bista Yutri is friendly with most races on Azeroth (albeit the very mean and interfering ones, scourge, troggs etc.) He is most friendly with Tauren whom share his interest and respect of the natural world, and with whom he makes a habit of sharing his notes on Biological studies on their scrolls of animal customs, plant knowledge and the like, not that they are always accepted.

He has no temper to be tested, willing to listen to others before stating his own, sometimes scarcely considered, opinion.

History

Professor Bista Yutri (Born Bizzle Gadgetbreaker) was born in the thriving gnomish city of Gnomeregan. While he enjoyed fiddling and tinkering with mechanical doohikkies and whirrlybobs, his passion remained with studying life, or what was left with it.

Upon coming of age, he pottered out of Gnomeregan and went on his own little scientific exploration of Dun Morogh with two fellow Gnomish companions, Fizzle and Twix Bracketbozzle. They made their way and set up base in their Kharanos tavern room, converting it into a makeshift laboratory. Fashioning a new name in the way all those of gnomish decent, he named himself Bista Yutri. His first name coming from an engineering term and the Yutri section stemming from the similarity to "You Tree", defining his interest to be biological such as plant life. Also the spelling conjunction similar to "Tri" meaning three, how in addition to Biology he pries into Chemistry and Physics.

There he remained with his two compatriots until the invasion of Gnomeregan by the Troggs. Returning to his home with his companions, he aided in whatever way he could. Isolating liquids and analysing the irradiated flesh of the troggs along with several other scientists which turned out to be in vain. Several months into his experimentation, the plug was pulled and he resorted to retreating back to Kharanos alone (his two beloved companions had fallen, much to his distress), he began to once more work on expanding his scientific knowledge.

Four years on, he decided to pack up his gear and move shop, although leaving a tray of test tubes glued to the desk of his room in memory of his companions. He is well known for keeping in touch with contacts. His most relied-upon source is an exploring Gnome in Kalimdor by the name of Lixi Twiztgear who always sends back biological samples for him to study relentlessly.

Nowadays, he potters around Azeroth studying the ecology and biology of organisms, writing in his journey when he finds something of significance. Although mainly a biology nerd, he does enjoy his tamperings in the physical and chemical mediums.
