Personality

Alignment: Neutral

Beaulueg is frantic and meticulous, as with most Gnomes he is eccentric in his ways and devoted to his craft. As a side effect of his chosen craft Beaulueg has a mild case of pyromania. As his name suggests, Beaulueg can be somewhat loud and overbearing in colloquy, which some might perceive as obnoxious. He is loyal to The Alliance but does not let that inhibit him in peaceful social interactions, and will be amicable until hostilities are presented.

History

Beaulueg was born like most Gnomes inside of Gnomeregan, where he lived for a good twenty years before he and his family vacated to outside of Brewnall Village to work on their research in explosives in peace. There were plenty of lost limbs, burnt carcasses and craters made in the snow. Beaulueg was more fortunate than his peers and managed to maintain all of his limbs as he grew in the craft of demolitions. When Beaulueg was coming of age he was donned the name Bombastbomb for his bombs were louder than that of his counterparts', that being something he was very proud of. In this time Beaulueg also began fraternizing more and more with Dwarves and experiencing their culture, Beaulueg took a very keen liking to hunting.

As Beaulueg grew to the ripe old age of a century of life he encountered his Gnomish midlife crisis, in which he began living his life in a less mild mannered way. Beaulueg moved back into Gnomeregan to live a life of philandering and romance with all of the Gnome girls who would fall for the bald, loud guy with an obsession for explosives. It was in this time Beaulueg devoted time to makin his craft more gimmicky, as he tried impressing his peers with fireworks and other pyrotechnics. Beaulueg spent so much time at Gnomish social events he did not even hear of the First War until after it had ended.

Beaulueg existed like this - drinking, hunting, tinkering, inventing, and blowing things up, - until the outbreak of the Second War, in which he volunteered as a demolitionist for the Alliance. He saw little battlefield experience and spent most of his time making ammunition for gyropcopters and steam tanks. Beaulueg developed his pyromania in this time as he worked obsessively to beat the Goblin engineers assisting The Horde. Beaulueg eventually grew tired of mere construction and craved more first hand experience, thus he became a pilot. Beaulueg only went on one bombing run before being decommissioned as an unfit, reckless, pilot with excessive use of ammunition, not surprisingly Beaulueg had been dropping as many bombs as possible, not all were on Orcs and Trolls either.

Beaulueg received a decently sized pension and lived well up until the Third War, in which he was assigned to work in a mortar team. Beaulueg was against many hardships in the war but survived it ultimately. Beaulueg became devoted to stopping the Scourge and remained in the north a bit longer after the conclusion of the war to work with the Argent Dawn before tiring of warfare and returning home to Dun Morogh, only to make it in time for the fall of Gnomeregan. Beaulueg faced more combat and strife as he fought with volunteer forces to help refugees escape the city, which he still does as the occasion arises.
