Archilia has a variety of moods depending on her situation. When she is on duty, she is quite bossy and tries to work as efficiently as possible, even if she has to be mean. When not doing work, she is polite, nice and an overall kind person, to the members of the Old Alliance at least.

To Night Elves and Draenei, she holds much less kindness. She has about half the patience with them and will not tolerate idiocy. She dislikes the Horde and all it's members. If there is one thing she hates more than Night Elves/Draenei it's the Horde. She blames them for most of the problems on Azeroth and holds them in deep hatred.

Also, heathens who believe in other gods or religions, she treats with subtle disrespect and is quick to lose her temper with them.

History

Born in Westfall, her parents were both farmers. She was used to a rough life of farming, but there was a secret within her family that no one knew about. Her father was a drunk and would occasionally take his anger out on Archilia. Her mother knew about the violence, but was too afraid to act in case he would turn on her. She never told any of her friends or anyone else. Archilia, made many excuses as to her injuries, such as tripping on the field, or getting hit by one of the pigs by accident. She made excuses, thinking the lies would protect her from the beatings of her father. She also believed that it was his way of showing affection, and many people were going through what she was. Things only got worse during the Second War, when Westfall was abandoned by Stormwind. The crops began to wither while many farmers left the area. This only intensified her father, as they didn't have the money to leave. As she grew into her teens, she began to realize how wrong this was and started to resent her father. But, eventually, after fourteen years of somewhat brutal beatings, she finally got so fed up that nothing was going to change, she ran away.

She wandered Elwynn forest and ended up in Northshire Abbey. There, the monks and priests of the abbey invited her to stay with them. As she grew older in the church, she began to learn the ways of the Light and how to wield it. During her training in the Abbey, she made friends with some of the guards who, on their spare time, would teach her how to wield weapons. The guards also expressed their opinions on the other races, which Archilia soon emulated and would make jokes and laugh.

When she had turned the age of eighteen, she left the abbey and headed to the newly rebuilt Stormwind. There, she went under the tutelage of Sir Anthony Picard, a paladin of the Light. She began her training as a squire, helping the old paladin, clean his armor and would run errands for him, such as the delivering of letters or parcels. Eventually, she became his page, assisting him in training and learning to fight better herself. Although he was a strict man, he cared for Archilia very much and continuously pushed her to the best of her abilities. When Archilia was down, the old paladin would be able to make her smile, with one of his stupid jokes. Four years, under the tutelage of Sir Anthony Picard, went by, before she was ready. Finally, she was tested, and accepted into the Order of the Silver Hand at the age of twenty-two.

Once becoming a paladin, she was ordered on missions around the Eastern Kingdoms, by the Church of the Light. Her missions included, purifying an area of demonic or undead taint, protecting a group of traveling priests, and spreading the word of the Light to those, who have yet to be touched by it's radiance. Archilia, managed to perform all that the Church wanted, without question and very successfully.

It was just before the Third War, when her old master, passed. The sun was out and it was an otherwise, beautiful day. Sir Anthony Picard, was buried in the Stormwind Cemetery. Written on his tombstone, were the following...

"Sir Anthony Picard, paladin of the Light. He loved people and laughter."

She stayed in Stormwind, going out to fight the Defias and purify the undead in Duskwood, until she was thrust into the Third War. During the massacre, she managed to keep herself, and many of her friends alive, but couldn't save them all. Although, she loved the thrill of the fight, that war took out most of her fighting spirit. Once they had won, she cursed the Horde and the Elves. It was OBVIOUSLY their fault that demons destroyed, not only, what is now Felwood, but Dalaran was also destroyed! This, was where the Archbishops began to notice Archilia' work for the Church. Even so, she took a break from training after the war and concentrated on her faith in the Light.

She began to teach within the Church. Young children from the orphanage and from schools would come to the small room in the Church, where Archilia, along with another priest named Michael, taught the children about the radiance of the Light and how the children can better themselves and the world around them through the learnings of the Light. In between teaching and praying, she was sent on various errands to both Duskwood and the Plaguelands. Errands, included purifying an area with a group of Argent Crusaders, or protecting a pilgrimage of priests. Between the Third War and the expedition to Northrend, she rose quickly through the ranks, being officially knighted by the Church.

When the attacks from the Scourge came, she valiantly rose to action and fought. She began her crusade in the Eastern Plaguelands, where she battled the Death Knights of Acherus, until they were freed and the battle was won. Although she found the Death Knights to be abominations, she looked up to the great Tirion Fordring and only tolerated the fallen knights. In the first invasion of Northrend she was gravely injured by a nerubian. She was saved by a Gnome Steam-warrior, who managed to pull her back and get medical attention. She was sent back to Stormwind, to rehabilitate and return to her former strength. As she has recovered, she blamed the Horde for their lack of preparedness to the situation. The war, was because of them! When she returned to the battlefield, she found herself outside of the Icecrown Citadel, holding it off from the undead outside, while Tirion and various heroes, slew the Lich King on the inside of the citadel.

Upon returning to Stormwind, unscathed, she was granted the title of Prelate, taking orders under the Bishops around all of Azeroth, the High Paladins and the Archbishop. She currently spends her time in Stormwind, training her mind, body and soul to be as pure as the Light.
