Personality

Anshel is -not- the kind of female that waits in the castle for a prince. If anything, she'd be out kicking the princes butt for being late. She's strong and proud, like a typical Orc female, and loves to flaunt it.

Granted, this seems to be the norm for most female Orcs, but she's strived very hard in her life to be just as much an equal as any male Orc. She sees most men flaunting their trophies as an outright challenge, and will work to prove that she is better, however possible.

However, this isn't to say that she has never failed, but more to say that she's persistant.

History

Anshel was the first born amongst her family, and the only girl. While growing up, her father did not treat her any different than her three younger brothers. Grandel, Anshel's father, actually encouraged competitiveness in all of his children.

Thus, this made Anshel want to show dominance over her younger brothers in any way possible, and basically meant that she grew up kicking the crap out of her younger brothers over whatever she could find wrong.

A few times, they gained the upper hand (especially when they all ganged up on her), but she infrequently went down WITHOUT it being a good fight.

Her father deemed her worthy of the name 'Rockaxe', which was his deedname as well. The reasoning behind this was simple... once she was of age to wield and train with an axe, he taught her how to wield it himself. Eventually, he taught her that no matter how strong the enemy, you can wear them down, even an enemy made of stone. (Anshel however, claims, along with her father, that the family can slash a rock in half with an axe. Asking for a show of this however, will usually end up with a fist to the face, with them saying "You don't beleive meh?!")

Anshel now is entertaining the idea of becoming a grunt in the Warsong clan, as well as big game Elf hunting, since her father has stated that he does not want her to become, in his words, "A shiftless layabout female".

It should also be stated, for certain purposes... Anshel's mother took off long ago. (She thought that Grandel was a jerk.)
