Usual Garments/Armor:

Usually Anoree would be found wearing her blue dress or her under-armor clothes. In other times, she would wear something loose; maybe go as far as wearing nothing or just some elements of her armor set.

As for her armor, she wears crown like helmet, leaving her horns and hair to the open, but protecting her face and back of her head very nicely. Helmet has a gem that provides small aura of Holy light around her body, for that small boost she might require at start of battles. Her shoulder pads, chest piece, gauntlets, leg armor and ankle covers are all made to be simple, except for small gems scattered across all set, making that main gem on her helmet that much more better at spreading weak healing and weak undead hurting layer. Her armor also has some extra straps on her back, hips and waist. It is designed with long trips in mind but short patrols can also be quite effective as Anoree is quite strong and can stay in her armor for long periods of time.

Other: I'm blue dabo de dabo die.

Personality

“Bookworm” is rather loose cannon. One time she might be found reading books in her tent, other time following some unlucky shy person and exploiting the fact that they are shy or even go as far as stalking some areas that a female visitor isn’t that welcome. She doesn’t break rules willingly; she just breaks them when having fun or when trying to get comfortable. Anoree can be found reading books quite often but also having someone talking to her is not so rare thing to see, as she loves talking, or in general being a cheerful one in the group.

When in battles, she is determined and focused: one moment she is covering herself and someone else from arrows, other moment she can be seen leading a charge against same archers or going for enemies weak points. She might have some leadership skills but she isn't experienced enough to lead anything, at least without making some mistakes. Her morale is up, no matter what happens, if she is given an order, she could cut her own arm off just to get the order done and when there are no orders but low morale lingers among her friends, she is always there to put smiles on people’s faces and hope in their hearts.

Anoree treats work similarly to a battlefield, she can stay focused no matter what is happening around her or to her, and she can turn from a laughing girl to a focused librarian or even a devoted paladin in a matter of moments. “Bookworm” never leaves jobs half way done, without a good reason or another attempt to get them done and never whines, at least loudly, that she is uncomfortable or needs a break.

History

Anoree was born to a Paladin mother and father Jewel craftsman and enchanter who was famous in his family, otherwise he was a good craftsman with a good reputation that had a steady income. Mother would spend all day serving as a Peacekeeper while father would work hard. Both parents took pride in their work but did not forget their daughter. Anoree grew up fast, learned how to speak and walk rather quickly and as soon as that happened she joined a group of children that were learning about the world, for hour or so and then play all day until their parents picked them up. Being always surrounded by strangers, Anoree learned to tolerate others, she would get into some trouble from time to time but as far as whole picture she was one always sharing her toys with others, always talking to more shy people who have trouble breaking the ice, even shy adults would be spoken to just to make them feel like they are part of whatever group was doing. Her cheerful attitude was hard thing to beat, it was almost impossible to make her angry and even if some kid tried to push her or one of her friends around, she would serve a lot of bruises left and right, with a serious look on her face.

Every time she would return from her school, she could be found cheerful, full of energy and little amount of attention that she would from her parents was just enough. Every evening she would spend with her parents, no matter how tired they would be she would demand a story to be told or read to her. Eventually she decided to learn reading on her own so she could read stories to her tired parents, yet it was harder than she anticipated. After long time of reading lessons she finally could read whole words without trouble and was only one in her group who learned how to read, all that happened with help of her uncle. In time she would start reading stories not only to her friends and teacher but also her parents.

When she reached teenage years she started to act as If she found new breath and all her friends were just not allowed to be sad, she was first one to learn dancing and whole circle of friends had to follow her. If there was a person that seemed even remotely sad she would always offer a hug and a shoulder to cry on, if there was a problem she would be first one to try and solve it. With more freedom she was able to visit local Library more often and found her talent to find books and remember locations where certain books were, even librarians who worked there could not get to a certain book first without finding Anoree already few pages into said book. She was offered a job to help with the library and her world expanded so much that she went as far as to even learn Orcish so no book was safe from her being read by her eyes. Her thirst for learning, solving puzzles and stories only grew with time.

When she became very young adult she traveled to Shattrath City to work in a much bigger library and have a chance to see her uncle more often. Her parents did not follow her, yet she was still as happy as ever. Most of her young age friends also went to Shattrath City for work or to learn something new. With her initiative they got a large house and seven young adults lived together happily, but with time, due to one or other reason, house would start to get empty up until Anoree was left alone to live in a large house and a job in huge library to boot. After few months she sold house and got a smaller one that quickly filled up with translations to and from orcish as well as copies of books. She would find time to keep her own private library, work in a much larger one and have enough time left to try and learn ways of the Light. Unfortunately she had trouble grasping Holy Light, yet she focused on learning its way and stuck to it but from time to time she would find herself trying different professions like jewel crafting or cooking.

Many more years of a busy life passed and her uncle took Anoree under his wing to teach her ways of the Paladin, in her training she even had a chance to meet up with her mother that rose to rank of Vindicator and her father moved to Temple of Karabor to learn from greatest craftsmen there were and teach less experienced ones himself. With great news all around Anoree was ready to stop preparing to walk path of the Paladin but she still had trouble with Holy light, so her uncle, in team with her father made a set of armor that would make it easier for her to cast spells. Upon receiving her armor she had many years of training how to wield plate armor as well as mace and shield.

But as it happened, just as she was ready to turn a full day Paladin, orcs decided to slaughter all draenei and Anoree was forced to abandon her plans. With her having a lot of knowledge on maps, she was told to go with logistic side of defense. Eventually Shattrath’s time came and her uncle stayed behind, while she was given a chance to escape with refugees to Zangarmarsh. She grew restless without books to read or space to seek new knowledge, so when news of a charge to claim Exodar and escape reached her, she could not wait to put herself on front lines to fight. By miracle she was able to keep her armor intact and in one piece and by the same miracle she managed to get on board of Exodar and escape. When Exodar crash landed on Azeroth, she was presented with a challenge and puzzles to solve, she worked overtime, helping left and right. When Draenei joined Alliance, Anoree went head first to learn Common from Night elves in hopes that later she will have a chance to learn Darnassian. As it happined, after she got hang of Common and started Darnassian lessons, she found herself on a rough ride to poverty. She managed to keep herself afloat but eventually learning languages started to take too much time and she needed money.

That's when a Mercenary noticed Draenei and her thirst for languages, as well as, her talent to go through many texts quickly without trouble. After approaching her and a long talk between the two, Anoree accepted his offer to work for a wealthy Farmer who was collecting books, but wanted to have them translated and copied so original texts would be less likely to get worn out. And so, "Bookworm" traveled to Westfall, to the wealthy farmer that managed to secure his fields from bandits. There she was tasked with copying simple texts and given dictionaries and books on how to learn Common and Gutterspeak. Not knowing what the second language was and why she was taught it, she assumed it was older version of Common that some books are written in.

Farmer was wealthy, had many farmhands around, mercenaries to keep the fields safe, machines to protect and tend to the fields. Few buildings, rather large library and many more farm related structures dotted near by area. Anoree had no reason to think she just started working for someone who has dark side to his name. For few months, she was taught both Gutterspeak and Common, since she made large progress on Common it was easy for her to learn it fluently and quickly pick up Gutterspeak. Eventually she earned trust of her employer to do translating and copying by herself, with few rule books written by her and her teachers, to not forget anything. She worked passionately, was able to read rare texts, learn about history of Azeroth. Life seemed to be perfect.

Unfortunately, she noticed that every week there would be gathering in a basement of a certain house. Her employer and many others would head there and talk, sometimes celebrate. She wasn't allowed in but she decided it was ritual of weeks end and since she still was more or less outsider it was too soon for her to even see what is happening down there. After spending some more time with the farmer, she learned, by accidentally manipulating farmer into liking her more and more, eventually falling in love (she was not shy of her body nor talking about feelings). When farmer decided she could be trusted he showed her "The ritual", it was nothing like she expected, in fact it was black market, everything, from slaves to books that she copied and translated, were sold in it. She realized those were bad people and had to escape, so she played along for few days and when time was right, she decided to run. Unlucky for her, she was caught by men of same mercenary that offered her job in the first place and just before he could lay as much as his eyes on her, small group of bandit hunters joined into the mix. With skirmish and her in the middle of it, she decided it was about time to use her weak but existing paladin training and push the tide of battle in favor of bandit hunters. She was escorted back to Stormwind, bandits thrown into Stockade. With no money in her pockets and only blue dress to wear, she saw Argent Crusade recruiting booth, right next to some red armor wearing drunk who was recruiting for some silvered saddles house.

After joining with Argents, she realized that with neutral attitude towards all, she could easily pick up on all possible languages, sure she might not have enough time to read all books in the world, but if she could learn few more languages, she would be set for few decades at least. Once Tyr's Hand was taken and library established, Anoree went head and palms first into it, going through all the bookshelves, even missing her first chance to complete a trail. As later she was found in a library and fact that Librarian assigned there still had no idea what might be where, while this Draenei female was like an ant in an anthill. She knew every single corner of the place and was just as helpful. No wonder, her background was in being a librarian. Quickly she was assigned to be a librarian. With new job, she had even more time to get better at her languages, collected a large amount of books that could help her in translations to and from languages she knew less, as well as a possible chance to keep her Darnassian slowly growing, unfortunately, she still had to be a paladin, so Darnassian had to come after paladin training and reading. And she reads books like some dwarves drink ale, a lot and quickly.

Skills and Abilities

Gem books: Has a technique to alternate empty gems that if powered by Holy Light, they would emit large portions or even full books. Yet she needs assistance of enchanter to create such a gem, but editing of text can be done without anyones help.

Shielder: Anoree has learned how to manipulate all holy light around her body, be it her own or someone who just casted a holy shield around her, to focus It where it is needed mostly, even transfer it to another person or place it on a nearby location. She can easily make her buckler become a core of large shield form barrier that would protect anyone behind it or create and maintain orb of shield around herself and few other people, creating impenetrable wall of holy light. If she can imagine a shape that she requires for one or other occasion, she can cast it and maintain it with some effort.

Duelist: Overtime, “Bookworm” has acquired rather good fighting skills when fighting against one opponent. She is able to quickly adapt to whoever she is fighting against, sometimes go as much as correctly predict opposition’s next move.

Librarian: With her obsession of reading books she managed to develop her talent to see what she is looking for in large bodies of text or even shelves of books. She can quickly find a book in a library she is seeing for first time.

Translator: “Encyclopedia” managed to learn quite few languages and is able to read, write and speak in them. Among Draenei and Common, she also knows: Darnassian, Gutterspeak and Orcish. She is fluent in Orcish, Gutterspeak and Common. She knows basics of Darnassian, can easily translate with help of some assistance. Her talent of managing written information shows up very much when she is translating, as she is able to look at few books at the time, keep track of where she needs to be looking and almost without a pause slowly translate texts, faster than an average person could.

Holy Survivalist: By reading a lot about holy light, priests and paladins she learned how to manipulate her own shields or any form of holy light to be able to transform from one property to another, from healing to hurting, from shielding to exploding. She could easily cast a shield on a doorway and when there are enough people on other side, make shield explode, it would not do much damage, if any at all, but blast could potentially be strong enough to drop someone on their asses. Unfortunately, this is her newest skill and it sometimes backfires or she makes a mistake, instead of shield to healing, it goes to exploding, so it is best used rarely… and amount transformed can be just enough to feel transformation, to making rather nasty accidents (Example. She tries to make her shield go boom, it goes ka-boom. Like opening soda can, you not always expect or want it to burst the way it does, just instead of coke spilling out, imagine a firework going off in your hand.)

Protect and survive: Her focus is on quick healing spells and protection skills for holy light spell book, her attacking force is in a not so polished form of holy light (instead of holy hammer flying at an enemy, you can see ball of very painful holy light) or brute force, book reading isn't only thing she does, she likes to stay physically strong.
