History
The story of Aeus Rteschiaron begins with his parents. Alexander Rteschiaron was a young Architect in Stormwind, but due to his skill at his profession, he was well known, and well payed. On occasion, he was known to be a bit of a gambler, but he was quite responsible with his money as well, making sure never to drop too low if his luck was bad. Petronia Prisca was the daughter of a highly skilled Jeweler, who's customers were primarily nobility of Stormwind.
Alexander and Petronia were able to meet and start a relationship rather easily, due to their similar social class. They were together for almost a year before the start of the first war, which gave the couple need to flee to the north. Alexander was quick to find work in Lordaeron as an Architect within the first year there, though it took Petronia about another year to make a name for herself as a Jeweler. In just another year in Lordaeron, the couple raised enough money to purchase a small home. Alexander and Petronia married soon after, and in not long, Aeus was born.
A few years after Aeus was born, Alexander and Petronia expanded upon their small house to make more room for Aeus and their unborn daughter. After just a short year, Chrysanthe Rteschiaron was born. In the next few years, Aeus began learning to read and write very well, his vocabulary and penmanship surpassing most his age easily.
It was a short few years before Chrysanthe started showing signs of a serious illness. Between the fever, headache, nausea, and other symptoms, Chrysanthe was bedridden for her final three years. Chrysanthe died having only lived seven years. After his younger sister's death, Aeus began training to use a one-handed sword and plate armor. His training began with simple weights bound to his body, but he soon began learning to do various things while wearing a suit of armor.
Following his training, Aeus and his parents returned to Stormwind City. Immediately following his arrival in Stormwind, Aeus took up work as a Scribe, keeping track of various records. Having saved a good ammount of money from their well paying professions, they were easily able to purchase a home in Stormwind, but not all is well. It is soon discovered that Petronia bears an illness similar to that which killed her daughter. Seemingly in an attempt to avoid the thought of Petronia's illness, Aeus and Alexander began gambling more and more with Alexander's friends. Aeus, discovering how much he enjoyed these types of games, began playing with even more people, in the various taverns and inns throughout the city, though he gives the majority of his winnings to his parents.
It was not long before Petronia died from her illness. After a year passed since his mother's death, Aeus set out on his own. Having saved a large sum of money from gambling and his work as a scribe, Aeus was able to purchase a small home of his own in the city. After not long, Aeus began working on creating a dice game, which he called Hazard. Not long after finishing his game, Aeus travelled to Booty Bay and created the Battle and Gambling Society.
