Personality

Ventus is generally friendly to anyone who approaches him with a friendly tone, but is exceptionally cautious with any form of undead, Forsaken, Death Knights or otherwise and is extremely cautious with Undead Trolls. If he encounters someone that he does not like, he will practically not even note his or her existence. He is also a bit disconnected with any humans he meets until he begins to know them, knowing that they are exceptionally varied. He also has a tendency to discuss the light in great detail, and also has a tendency to meditate over minor things. He also enjoys travelling, and will rarely pass the chance to try new things.

History

Ventus was born on one of the many planets that the Draenei would temporally settle on during the flight from the legion. In much of his early life, like most of the other Draenei he was fascinated with the Naaru and also the teachings of the light. Like most Draenei before him, at around the age of 953, he decided that the path of the Anchorite was the one for him.

For the main part of his training, Ventus had a tendency to learn slower than most around him, often overcomplicating simple things on his day to day life much so that he began to lag behind those that had started to learn at the same time has him considerably.

His time on Draenor however was well spent. Ventus had often gone off to wander the world that lay before him, not returning for weeks at a time. Ventus loved to see the world; its views and more importantly focus on his understandings of the light.

Unfortunately, Ventus could not fully travel the world, due to the legions influences with the orcs of the planet. For the time spent on the Exodar, he mainly focuses again on studying the light and its many uses, which may one day eventually prove useful.

When the Exodar finally landed on the world of Azeroth, it took a few months for Ventus to recover from the crash. After he had realised the new world that lay ahead for him to travel around, he took the opportunity and set out to see the planet in its splendour, whilst also spreading the good means of the Naaru and the light.

Unfortunately, those that lived on the planet did not give the exact response Ventus had hoped for. In one instance, he and people who were complete strangers were kidnapped and simply whisked away from the mainland. In that time he and the others that were kidnapped were subjected to torture – often enough the times Ventus had was in protection of others. By the time he had escaped with the others, he left without a horn, which had been taken by a Troll Death knight.

Now, Ventus studies the light as a primary interest in his travels still, but has also began to learn the art of swordsmanship, so that if the day ever came that he would need to defend himself properly, he would have another means to do that. Alongside that, he now often resides in the town of Booty Bay, due to the fact that Ventus can experience a lot of traditions and cultures in but a single place.
