Usual Garments/Armor: Tessa can usually be seen wearing an old overall that seems to be in good condition still. She also has a tool belt with numerous pouches and tools hanging from the belt. A couple of gloves and shoes to match the overall and probably some sort of goggles to finish the whole assemble.

Tessa is mostly a kind, modest and curious Gnome who bears a constant eager smile. She always seems busy with some, be it drawing schematics or creating something by hand of these schematics. Tessa has always been clumsy although because of her fascination of engineering she isn't as clumsy with engineering, call it lifelong practice. Tessa always seems to be unable to focus on anything next to engineering long enough for her to actually do much with it. She almost seems obsessed with those bolts and screws.

History

Tessa was born into a family with five other siblings, two older sister, two older brothers and her twin brother. The family was solely provided for by her father who had an average job as mechanic. He wasn't all too good at it and didn't seem to get paid all too well either. Her mother cleaned up after the children and home and mostly did the work that was there to be done back home. So Tessa didn't grow up in an ideal situation, a cramped house and not always a full meal at the end of the day. Nevertheless Tessa and her siblings lived through a good childhood.

As Tessa got older, her father brought her brothers along with him to his job and Tessa was stuck at home with her two sisters. Tessa was very inept when it came to cooking and sowing. Her sister did manage just fine, Tessa just seemed to be somewhere else with her mind. It wasn't until her late twenties that her father took Tessa to his job once, because her mother was away from home and she wasn't quite old enough to stay at home alone that her father noticed Tessa's natural aptitude for Engineering. She showed more interest at the workshop than she did at home at nearly anything. Her father took her to the workshop a few more times over the next month before deciding to leave one of her brothers at home, seeing as he wasn't interested in anything at all and take Tessa with him instead. Tessa was quick on the uptake of the whole engineering business and eventually became an engineer herself. Tessa made a living for herself in her adult years, she wasn't the most successful engineer but she was successful enough to pay the bills.

Eventually, Gnomeregan fell and oddly enough, Tessa's whole family survived the incident, bar her mother who died a few years before the fall of Gnomeregan because the house caught on fire.

To this day on, Tessa lives outside of Gnomeregan near Kharanos and works on her schematics and inventions alike. She's likely to sell you something. You're not as likely to buy it, though.
