Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: She usually wears cotton or silk garments of various colors but seems to prefer darker ones. An open shirt lays on her chest to allow exposure to the hot sun and a black headband rests tied on her forehead. On a hunt though, she wears strong armor made of thick leather or elven mail. She also carries a blade and a wooden bow along with a quiver filled with feathered arrows of all colors.

Other: Her face is painted with a blue tribal design starting from her forehead running down to her brows, continuing below her eyes.

Personality

Shawna is a very reserved person that usually keeps everything to herself. Mostly due to the fact that she hardly speaks common as if she does not know the language but that doesnt stop her from talking to her animal companions. Her trust and friendship is very hard to win seeing as they're both given to her pets. Her interests lie with bettering her skill and one might use this common interest to get to know her better. Besides the Kal'dorei, the races in Azeroth mean little to her as she views them all as potential hunters. Although that statement is true, she does feel more hate for the orcs because of their destruction of nature and life.

History

Shawna was born on Sardor Isle off the western coast of Feralas among the elves stationed at the Feathermoon Stronghold. She spent her childhood in the safe confines of the isle itself and made friends among the population. When still young, she received a gift from her parents. They bought a cat for her from a traveling human merchant whose ship was washed ashore one day. Shawna was thrilled to have such a companion and trained her various tricks.

As she grew up, her parents noticed her strong connection towards the creature and decided to teach her about the way of a huntress. They took her on the mainland on several ocasions to teach her about tracking and surviving in the wild. As she gained this knowledge she was accompanying her parents more often to the point that one day she started having her own journeys deep in the forest.

It was then when she decided to put her skills to a good use and she headed towards the jungles of Stranglethorn. Her journey took longer than expected as she travelled to various other places before heading towards the vale. Among these places she took a dear interest in Darkshore, where she spent a while aiding the elves in Auberdine. She also gained her first companion here, a beautiful dark-furred saber that she later named "Mia" but she sometimes calls her "Storm" after the ravages it leaves behind a battle.

Upon reaching the jungles, she was directed to the hunter's camp by a human in the port of Booty Bay. She now spends her time mostly bettering herself in the arts of the hunt in the Eastern Kingdoms, being a student to one of the elves stationed at Nesingwary's Expedition team in the northern parts of the jungle.
