Usual Garments/Armor: A black and white monochromatic robe with a silver helmet upon his head which looks suspiciously alike a fish bowl.

Other: Sebastien has a metallic left hand, this hand is a replacement of his original organic one which was cut off by one of his 'Friend'. He used his knowledge in both Engineering and Medicine to craft himself a false hand which is capable on moving by itself and had some acquaintances build it for him. The hand, however extremely helpful, is very fragile and swinging a sword would cause it to shatter and he recently found out, upon arriving in Northrend, that it seizes up in the cold. Also, if he attempts to cast a spell the hand loses all movement for a long period of time due to the magic short circuiting it, thus he has quit trying to use magic.

Personality

Alignment: Neutral Good

Sebastien has been described as two things by his peers, Insane and Irritating. He is the kind of person who would freely violate someone's private space for someone to talk to and tends to unknowingly harass people by talking about how his gadgets work (Which tends to sound very illogical). He tends to stay away from people who would most likely try to murder him but he is very trusting and even if someone threatens him he would most likely not listen to them. He also seems to talk, a lot, despite people telling him quite often to be quiet, he only listens a small amount of the time. Although he is a Blood Elf, he doesn't seem to have much of a problem with any of the other races and tends to enjoy travelling despite the fact he gets abused quite often for being a Blood Elf.

History

Sebastien was born into a middle-class family who lives in Silvermoon. During his time as a young adult he wasn't too outgoing, not interested in combat or magic, he was more interested in physical medicine. Thus, he studied. Both his Mother and Father were outraged at the fact their only son wasn't taking his chance to perform great deeds for their land as a Magician or Warrior and constantly attempted to put a stop to his studies. Despite his family's wishes, he continued to study medicine at whatever time he could, whenever his parents weren't watching. His parents then begun to attempt to force their beliefs of magic onto him but he simply shrugged it off, often being thrown out of the house for days on end due to his disregard for their wishes.

As time went on, his parents began to stop trying as he continued to study more and more, soon enough gaining immense amounts of knowledge in the field of medicine. None the less, he continued to avoid using magic or a blade and attempted to search for something else to spark his interest. He tried a large range of professions from cooking to blacksmithing, none of which seemed to interest him. It was only until the end of the Second War that he found something, a band of goblins marching their way around the busy streets in an attempt to sell strange and unstable gadgets to the magic-prone city of Silvermoon (With no success).

Of course, Sebastien found himself interested in these small green and greedy creatures and their mechanical toys so he found himself learning from the Goblins (At a price, of course) the art of engineering. Thus, he founded his new hobby alongside Medicine and continued to be taught engineering by these goblins which seemed to lack any trace of common sense.

It wasn't long before these Goblins of his decided to leave Silvermoon back to Undermine with their new found riches. Sebastien, himself, wanted to follow them to Undermine but was denied by his teachers and had a wrench thrown at him in the process, causing him to rethink his idea. After this event, he was still hungry for more knowledge in engineering so he found himself travelling to the city of Ratchet to find more Goblins willing to train him.

While in Ratchet, studying his way through engineering, Quel'Thelas was attacked by the Scourge. Although at first he found himself beginning to hunger but not enough to break away from his studies to see the damage, he later he gains a letter from his father, telling him to return home which he reluctantly does. Upon returning to the ruined state of Silvermoon, horrified at the damage, he was told by his father that his mother was a casualty in the siege. During his period of grief he found himself succumbing to the consumption of Fel in order to suffice his hunger for arcane in which he gained his corrupt eyes from. Sebastien stayed only for a short while longer to see his mother's grave and watch his father isolate himself before returning to Ratchet.

After a few more years in Ratchet he meets a Death Knight, at the beginning he never had a good feeling about him. The Death Knight began to stick around Sebastien more then he liked and it was very obvious that the Knight took a sadistic interest in Sebastien which he didn't like, not one bit. One day when the Knight began to get more cruel towards Sebastien then normal, Sebastien stabbed the Knight in the palm with a scalpel. The Death Knight, however, did not find it amusing and proceeded to slice off Sebastien's left hand before leaving, laughing in the process.

This is something which shocked him completely but after a few weeks of recovering, he got to work with an idea of a mechanical hand for himself. With the help of some goblins (After carefully explaining to them why he wants to replace his hand instead of adding an completely new arm) he crafted himself this mechanical hand and put it to use, finding it a success. He didn't exactly understand how it worked at first, not really understanding much about how goblins make things even after studying under them, but later became more knowledgeable in it. With his new hand he also changed his personality dramatically, trying to keep his relationships with people at arms length so he doesn't lose another limb like before.

As he went along, the Sunwell restored and his Fel addiction being satisfied, Sebastien found himself from going to dirt poor to a much richer man, starting a business within the confines of Booty Bay under the watch of the Steamwheedle Cartel. Thus, he became the Booty Bay Handyman.
