Personality

Ren tends to drift from society, disappearing from her home for extended periods of time. She is most comfortable around those of her own race, but has tolerance for the other, less fortunate, races. She does not show the same bias as some of the members of the Alliance. She accepts the members of the Horde as living and sentient creatures. Ren shows an interest in the activities of the other races, and spends some of her time watching others go about their business. She would much rather be alone in the woods than with people, but still enjoys the company of others, to an extent.

History

Ren has existed since before the Sundering. She fought alongside countless others to fend off the Burning Legion. When the remaining Highborne and other Kal'dorei split ways, she chose to follow those whom she had known for years, the normal Kal'dorei. After seeing the indominatable force of the Legion, Ren was changed from a carefree, adventurous elf to a quiet and withdrawn soul. For years she lived in solitude among the forest. Once she heard the horns of war, she returned to help her brethren. After countless days of travelling through uncharted wilderness, Ren caught up with the main Kal'dorei forces. She followed the main army to Mount Hyjal, where, after living in peace and solitude for thousands of years, the return of the Burning Legion came as a large shock to her. She was again drawn into despair. As the battle began, and Archimonde grew closer to the World Tree, Ren began to lose hope. Many of her brethren had been slain, and she was tired and covered in demonic blood. As the fighting seemed to laspe, Ren looked to the summit. She and the Elves around her watched as Malfurion destroyed Archimonde, also destroying their beloved Nordrassil in the process. When the World Tree died, a part of her died with it. Still heartened by the destruction of the demon commander, the remnants of the army quickly dispatched the remaining demons. Still, for the destruction of the World Tree, Ren harbors an insatiable loathing for all things demonic. After the loss of her immortality, she took a greater interest in the living world around her, spending more time among society and the other mortal races.
