Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: Rahu is mostly seen in his large, thick plate armor, covering most of his body. The spikes on the shoulderpads are rarther broad and strong, but completely blunt as they are made to bruise, not kill. His shield is as tall as he is, the spikes also blunted so they will not kill. When not in his armor, he usually wears red leather pants, and a leather vest, rarely done up in the middle.

Other: From wearing his armor most of the time, he's developed quite large and strong muscles.

Personality

Rahu is quite peaceful, and will rarely initiate a fight. He will not fight unless it is entirely needed, and sees bloodshed as something that has to be done at times, but only when there is no other path. He sees the beauty in most things in the world, and holds a deep hatred for the Scourge. This said, fighting the Scourge is the only time he will gladly walk into battle.

History

Rahu was born into the Darkhorn tribe, a small tribe that was known for having some of the finest warriors and hunters of the tribes, but nothing compared to the Thunderhorn or Runetotem tribes. From a young age he was taught how to fight and hunt, but his main focus was on defensive fighting. His sister grew up to be a shaman and Rahu's most influential friend. Her influence is what made him see the world as such a beautiful place, and that mindless killing stains it. Most of his life before the Tauren settled in one place was spent guarding the tribe from the centaur attacks, which made him depressed about the amount of killing he had to do, but in the end he understood that killing the centaur that attacked his tribe was a necessary act.

When Thunder Bluff was finally settled, and his tribe had joined the others upon it, he found time to travel around Kalimdor. During his travels he went to several places including Un'Goro, where he was chased and nearly killed by a large devilsaur, and Ratchet, where he met a member of the Argent Dawn, who spoke to Rahu about the Argents. Rahu ended up taking a boat across to the Eastern Kingdoms, with a group of new Argent recruits to sign up and help defeat the Scourge. During his time with the Argent Dawn, up to when he was picked to join the Crusade, Rahu had a new set of armor made for him, a large, thick set of plate armor with a shield the same size as him. Most of his comrades in the Dawn started to call him the Shield Wall, because of his ability to take the place of several troops inside a basic shield wall formation.

Rahu was picked to be a part of the Argent Crusade in Northrend, and gladly accepted the offer to help protect life through killing the Scourge. During his time in the north he met an elven Death Knight who he became good friends with as they worked together to defeat the scourge forces, saving each others lives on multiple occasions. A year ago, he left the Crusade and resumed his travelling and exploring, and now he works for the Horde in their many endeavors. However, he has begun to have second thoughts, due to his feelings about battle and other recent happenings.
