Personality

The Draenei is good-hearted to the bone and treats almost everyone equally until she has a reason to do otherwise. She does have some prejudices against Sindorei and Orcs though. Raaki feels curious about strangers and opens up in a conversation pretty fast. During her travels for the spirits, she visited many places and met many different cultures /peoples, which made her somewhat experienced when facing something or someone new.

History

For as long as Raaki can remember, she always had looked up to her older sister Neraali, a Draenei that dedicated her life with everything she had for the light and the protection of other people. But... although she did love her ( and was a fierce fighter like her sister as well), the Draenei never wanted to stay in her footsteps which oddly turned out that she looked in the almost opposite direction of her older sister. The path to shamanism.

Since a long time, Raaki had the feeling that she was... different from the others. She tended to play around in her natural environment longer, explored every hill, every lake and every hidden passage she could ever find. The Draenei was often seen as she tried to speak with plants or animals so sincere, that it looked like she could really actually talk with them.

Though, these peaceful days lasted not as long as Raaki had wished for. The Orcs, corrupted by the Burning Legion, started a massive carnage. Ravaging and raging, they slaughtered many Draenei... destroyed every city on their way... until they finally approached the walls of the last city on their -list-.

Shattrath.

Raaki did her best during the siege of the city. She fought with all her might and strength, but... it was hopeless. The slaughter finally continued within the walls of Shattrath, leaving only ruins and corpses behind as the Orcs finished their job. The young Draenei however, managed to escape just barely from the deadly grasp of her foes and vanished to a hideout from her childhood, waiting for the time to pass.

It happened to be that one day, while visiting the Zangarmarsh alone, her paths crossed with a Broken. He was a Shaman and after a short conversation, he almost urged the Draenei to walk her way as a Shaman. He did not point out his reasons for doing so, but held a hand on her shoulder and nodded, saying: "Believe me. You shall not regret that decision." Raaki was not so sure about this, but she visited the place that the Broken mentioned as he left.

The moment she arrived, it became clear to her that this was what she has longed for. A path, different from her sister... The almost opposite direction then the one that she took. But even if that hadn't been the case, Raaki felt drawn towards the spirits and the teachings of her master. Everything supported her already strong interest in the nature.

It happened to be at one her first training sessions, that the rather young Draenei discovered something. It was a leaf from a nearby tree... fallen off from some branch. Raaki watched it as it was gliding down towards the ground... and for some unknown reason, she was able to see more. Details that would normally not have been discovered by -normal- eyes. She was actually able to see the air working! She instantly knew that this was a message. That the elements of air were her closest companion from now on. So, Raaki trained hard in order to achieve more control, more understanding for the elements of air.... and eventually, she mastered it while becoming a fine Shaman.

With the escape of the Exodar, this came in pretty handy as well as she fought side by side with her sister to fend of the foes that wanted to prevent the escape. Together they seemed like an unbeatable force, the strenght of the light and shamanism combined, tearing apart everyone that came to close.

After the crash on Azeroth, Raaki felt instantly curious... an urge to explore this new world, the -new- nature of an unknown planet almost pushed her out of the safety of the spaceship to begin a new and probably biggest adventure of her life.
