History

Phina was number three of five illegitimate children. Not only was she the middle, she was the only girl. When Phina was only six years old, her father grew tired of her mother and moved from South Shore to Stormwind with her two older brothers. Attached to her father and older brothers, Phina begged for over two years to be sent to Stormwind. Though her mother was heartbroken and reluctant, Phina found herself in on a boat to Stormwind a month before her ninth birthday.

After arriving to the city, Phina found her father to be married to a widow with four boys of her own. Jealous of the new woman, she spent much of her time away from home. The young girl frequented the forest with her biological and step brothers. During those times she learned how to use crude sling shots and bows. Determined to outshine the six boys, she practiced until she had become skilled in both.

After returning from one of her many trips to visit her mother, Phina found her father's house missing the three oldest boys including her two brothers. They had gone off to fight the scourge. From then on, Phina isolated herself so she could master her archery. Not long before she was sixteen, she set off to attempt to recruit for the army. Though almost fully matured, Phina was rejected due to her height making her appear much younger. She attempted nearly twenty more times that year to be recruited; each time she was rejected.

Close to the end of the war, her family received three letters from the army.

Grieving, desolate, and desperate to escape the bad news, her father moved her step mother and three remaining step brothers to the new Menethil Harbor. Now working close with the dwarves, Phina discovered her new love: guns. Much as she had with the bow and crossbow, she put all of her effort in becoming perfect in the skill.

At eighteen, she moved back to South Shore. For a year and a half Phina did odd jobs around South Shore to help out her mother and two youngest brothers. Through those jobs, she met her first goblin. Not long after, she strived to see the tropical locations he called home. With saved up money she traveled to Ratchet. There she indulged in anything it had to offer. A few months into it she grew bored and got back into the desire to use her knowledge of ranged weapons.

Phina can now be seen traveling in search for excuses to show off her skill. She frequents the bars of goblin port cities and can be caught taking a swig from her flask.
