Appearance
Given his short stature and feeble build Perin is inclined to wear big flowing robes in a wide spectrum of colors. As if to hide his unusually small build under thick layers of fabric. His appearance as a whole is what most would deem to be harmless. He has no sings of beard growth on his chin and his face as a whole very much resembles that of a child's. His lips are often adorned by a soft smile, his mannerism adding to his seemingly kind and feeble appearance.
Other
Perin usually makes his way forth with a slightly gimped walk. He suffers from a disease he contracted at birth which left his joints weakened and the likelihood of him contracting bruises and injures over average. His physical limitations would lead to him indulging in the practice of magic, a practice which soon transcended into the outlawed and occult.

Perin's fragile appearance does not mirror his mind in the least. While he might uphold a seemingly kind and humble exterior a malevolent hate churns within his mind. He is deeply cruel and sadistic, the suffering of others appealing to him as the greatest and most delightful pleasure. Being under the notion that the life he was given was nothing but a cruel joke he holds a deep wish of making others suffer greatly for the injustice he considers that he has suffered himself. While highly intelligent his mind is fueled by sadistic compulsions, leaving his actions chaotic and impulsive at times. Perin uses his fragile appearance and seemingly kind mannerism to lure people to entrust in him, slowly corrupting their trail of thought before striking when they are at their weakest. Deriving pleasure from causing them as much angst and suffering as he can. He is enticed by the practice of cannibalism and torture. Twisted inclinations, which is a result of his traumatic childhood.
History
Perin was birthed in Gnomeregan, his parents both brilliant and devoted engineers with a true passion for all things mechanical. Sadly he was born with an odd condition, leaving him strangely undersized for a gnome as well as frail and feeble. His parents where caring, yet their obsession with tinkering would always come between him and them during his childhood. Perin himself had little interest in engineering, he would rather spend his time reading or watching other children as they would play. Being extremely introvert and reserved by nature he had a great difficulty in gaining friends, not to mention that he was often bullied and abused by the other children due to his condition.
He would often feel like he was worth less than others, the hatred which was lit in him, slowly growing stronger by each year. He felt as if he had been unjustly cursed by his condition which left him unable to live a normal life. He would spend most of his childhood walking around with a cane to support his feeble bones, forced to endure the ridicule of the other children. He would vent his hatred towards them by killing and torturing small animals, finding that causing other beings harm made him feel better about his own predicament.
Perin's father where tragically killed in the radioactive blast as Gnomeregan fell. He and his mother fleeing to Ironforge where they settled as many other refugees. Being beside herself with grief given the death of her husband Perin's mother did her best to raise the boy by herself. This task proved to be more grueling than expected however, mostly due to that Perin began to act out. Often disobedient and violent, a behavior which would be punished by beatings on a regular occurrence.
He developed not only a hatred for those around him, but his mother in particular. A deep wish of causing her harm rooted in his mind, his sadistic traits becoming more evident as he grew older. Perin would spend most of his time in the great libraries within Ironforge, studying obsessively to escape his to himself pathetic existence. His studies soon guided him into the field of magic which to him was his way of achieving greatness given his drastically limited physical capabilities. He also grew fond of medicine and alchemy, finding himself enticed by their many uses.
It would come to show that he was gifted when it came to learning, which he did at a fast pace. His studies his only sanctuary from the violence at home. Magic and Its many spells soon grew to be his greatest obsession, his thirst for knowledge matched only by his sadistic compulsions. When he was old enough he left, venturing into the world and leaving nothing but a scornful note behind for his mother to read. The notion that her heart would be broken anew by him departing bringing merriment to the long road resting ahead. He would soon come to indulge in the darker forms of magic, his appetite for death and the suffering of others growing stronger during his travels. Fueled by his compulsions he soon began to study the occult, his obsession growing ever more twisted as he lives only to fulfill his sick longings.
