Appearance

  • Usual Garments/Armor: Morka usually carries herself quite well, unlike what may be expected of orcs. She uses a custom tailored suit to fit her size and still maintain the mobility she may require in a fight. Her belt is usually ridden with small pouches and a shot pouch. She is always seen with a knife on the back part of her belt, a larger sword and a rifle.

She appears to be slightly old , but constant exercise has kept her in good shape. She is somewhat muscular and burly, but walks with certain grace and silence.

Her times as a cartel enforcer has left a certain imposing air around her, and she looks fairly difficult to approach.

Her clothes always seem to be in perfect shape, although her gloves and boots may look a little worn.

She carries three weapons: a dagger with its scabbard placed horizontally on the back part of her belt, a sword, kept on the left side of the belt and a rifle, strapped to her belt.

There is also a shot pouch hanging from the back part of her belt, bellow the dagger. A canteen and other small assortment of smaller bags also are placed on the belt.

A scar that starts on her left ear and goes down to her left breast is all that can be seen of her turbulent past. However, under her clothes, she conceals a large assortment of smaller scars - either from the Second War, engineering accidents or her time as a cartel enforcer.

Personality

  • Alignment: Between True Neutral and Chaotic Neutral

Morka has hardened over the years. While she finds it easy to talk to someone she already knows, she tends to be intimidating or even outright aggressive towards strangers - something that sometimes earns her jobs as a bodyguard, due to the show of strength and her imposing presence. Despite her coldness at first sight, she is fiercely loyal to her contractors and friends. However, earning her trust and respect is a fairly hard task.

She is not afraid to take matters into her own hands, should the law fail and coincide with what she thinks is right and wrong. But she is rather careful with her life and does not likes to risk it over trivial things.

History

Morka was born on Nagrand, before the First War. She had a fairly uneventful childhood, being a member of a new generation of orc warriors. She was taken through the Dark Portal shortly after the fall of Stormwind. Due to her upbringing, she was eager to spill human blood on the fields. But she only had the chance when she came of age, during the latter part of the Second War. She participated on the siege of Lordaeron City and then on the subsequent retreat during the Alliance counter-attack.

She was fortunate enough to be on a goblin ship during the withdrawal from Zul'Dare, which led her not to retreat back to the Azerothian mainland, but to a goblin town. Although she regretted abandoning the rest of the Horde and missing the opportunity to shed human blood in battle, she knew that her survival depended on that.

Due to her larger size, she was quickly adopted by the goblins that took her along as an enforcer. She worked for the small trading company, almost as a slave for about twenty years. Suddenly, another trading company would clash with the one that took her in. Their first move was to assassinate the head of the company.

With the change of rulers in the company, due to her loyalty, she was promoted to a higher position. She would be the personal guard of the head of the company. The minor skirmishes between thugs escalated to an all out conflict. The other company assaulted the personal quarters of Morka's contractor, causing him to flee using his personal escape tunnel and leave Morka behind, as she was too big for the tunnel. Despite her efforts, she was captured by the enemy that offered her the chance to stay alive and reveal the location of her employer or die.

She accepted the offer and revealed the location of the tunnel. They kept their end of the bargain and sent her to Ratchet, along with her belongings. There, she spent some time in grief, until her money ended. Possessing little other than her weapons, she embraced her old trade and became a mercenary bodyguard for the merchants and caravans that occasionally passed through Ratchet.
