Other:

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Personality: Loka is generally quite a happy-go-lucky troll. She doesn't have much care for the doings of others and leaves people to do what they will unless it is a matter to do with the Darkspear. Like most trolls she is very proud of her tribe and she will fight fiercely ( though likely not to the death, she rather likes living) to defend its honour.

She is quite a cheerful person to be round if you like troll humour and is not one to pick a serious fight, though she does like play fighting and little punch ups. Her attitude to most races is quite neutral, though like most trolls she prefers the likes of other trolls, orcs and tauren. She doesn't dislike Sin'Dorei or forsaken, yet she distrusts them and is very wary of their kind. Humans, gnomes and dwarves are always good company in taverns and on the road for her so she sees little problem with them, although if the Horde commanded it she would happily turn on them with her axe. She has not had much contact with Draenei and so has little opinion of them, Kaldorei however are not in her good books due to the battles with them in Kalimdor.

She is loyal to her friends and would lend her axe in any trouble they were in as companionship is one of the most important things for her. If one were to really annoy her they might see her temper flare and she is likely to get violent, though this is rare it has happened on occasions.

History: Loka lived in relative peace up till the age of 8. Like most trolls on the Darkspear island she grew up learning about the jungles and how to survive. She did not show any sign of spiritual communication with the Loa or any type of magic and so spent most of her time learning how to kill with axes, cook meat, make leather clothing and the other simple necessities of jungle life. At the age of 8 however and the coming of hostile forces onto her homeland, her life changed dramatically.

When the first humans arrived her people did not know how to react. Their first idea was to kill them then eat them. This however did not go down well and many trolls were killed. Reasoning with them now was not an option the humans would allow, and nor did the trolls want. As the trolls prepared to battle the invading humans, a new threat appeared. The murlocs. The docile murlocs who had until now lived in relative peace with the trolls had been finally driven crazy by the Sea Witch they worshipped and they went on a rampage, killing every troll they found.

Loka's world of hunting in the jungle, fighting with her friends and the general childishness of youth was thrown into turmoil. Most of her village went off to fight the humans, leaving few to guard against the murlocs. Loka and the other children were herded off into the deepest parts of the jungle in a seemingly vain attempt to keep them safe. They were told to just keep walking, and they did. Into the darkest parts of the jungle where none of the children had ever been. Loka was one of the most physically mature trolls at the time, most who were older had stayed in the village to try and help, so she took on the role as a leader. Just her, her axe, some troll children and a jungle full of hostility.

She had seen a murlocs before, but never in great number, and never with the lethal intent they had now. A dozen of them stood on the ridge, not twenty yards from where she and the other children lay. They were talking, sniffing the air, poking around. Terror spread through the children and they were shaking, even some quiet sobs were heard. Suddenly one of the youngest upped and bolted away, instantly drawing the attention of the murlocs who let out a crazed war cry and followed in pursuit. Loka jumped on one as it ran past, drawing blood on its back as her axe dug deep. The other children also attacked, though to little success. They were rounded up and shackled in twine then marched off through the jungle.

After days of walking they reached one of the largest strands of beach on the island. Hundreds of murlocs wandered around. And on the floor, in cages, tied up, were trolls and humans alike and also some other green humanoids Loka had not come across before. Her and the children were prodded into a large cage and locked. Next to her, three of the green people were tied up, naked apart from loincloths. She walked over to them and tried to communicate, though they didn't understand her. They motioned for her to go to the back of the cage and she did so, then they turned and shouted something in a strange language which was repeated all over the camp.

The horizons burst with movement and an army of the green men and trolls stormed onto the beaches. They slew murlocs and humans alike, rounding up all the trolls and green people and herding them back into the jungle. The victory did not last long though, as Loka was heading back into the jungle she looked over her shoulder and saw a horde of murlocs ascend from the north. Those who were not already in the jungle were doomed, she searched around the crowd as they were gathered up and saw one familiar face which stood out among all others. A huge, male troll with long tusks and a feral stance. She had only seen him once before but she aspired to him as most trolls did. The murlocs ascended on the crowd and Loka wept a single tear as Sen'Jin disappeared under their mass. She turned with a grim face and followed those escaping.

Loka later learned with the rest of the trolls about the Orcs as they were called, how they had saved the trolls and how they were to follow them to a new home and help them in their war against the humans in a land called Kalimdor. Some of the trolls left, but Vol'Jin, the new Darkspear leader, stayed and so did many of Loka's friends so she too stayed. The next year was fraught with peril as the murlocs, though not on their previous rampage were now a serious threat. She helped her tribe collect what resources they could and prepare everyone for a move to the mainland. Now at the age of 9, she ventured with the rest of her tribe to their new promised home.

She settled on Echo Isles with the rest of her people and she helped begin constructing stone buildings instead of their primitive wooden huts with the help of the orcs. Over the next two years Loka spent her childhood seemingly carefree again, though she still remembered the terror of the murlocs, her life now had at least a semblance of normality again. The orcs began teaching the trolls new ways of life and they started to leave their dark pasts behind and enter a new age for trolls.

At age 11, Loka's life seemed to finally be going great again. Until the humans attacked. Again. Kul Tiras was set up the trolls were forced to retreat under the threat of human fleet. They headed inland and helped their horde brethren defeat the humans. They soon returned to their newfound home on the Isles but unfortunately the witch doctor Zalazane betrayed them and used to his dark magic to make many of the Darkspear his mindless followers. Loka once again escaped and joined the remainder of her tribe inland in village of Sen'Jin.

Another two years passed for Loka and she developed into a strong young troll. Her skills with the axe increased and she became fairly renown for her running speed. Soon there was a decision to head west on this new land and explore, she was among the most eager to accompany the party leaving Sen'Jin and found the journey to Stonetalon exhilarating, fuelling her hunger for adventure. She didn't stay long in the newly founded Shadowprey, and at the age of 15 travelled into the land know as the Barrens. She stayed for a few months in Malaka'Jin before visiting the goblin town of Ratchet. She then travelled to the port of Booty Bay and into the jungles of Stranglethorn Vale. The lands she had heard so many tales and myths about as a child. Eager to explore this ancient homeland of her ancestors she is now currently living there and seeking to learn more about her people and the other trolls there as well as continue her adventures.
