Appearance
As if to contrast her usual, vibrant personality, she often dresses quite simply, in pants, a tunic, a pair of heavy-duty travel boots and a pair of thick gloves. Where the situation calls for it, she'd don a more elaborate, or comfortable robe. But most often, she's dressed for the go.
Other: A sword, whether ornate or plain usually hangs at her hip. She is physically fit, due to extensive combat and travel.
Personality
An intellectual spitfire, if ever there was one, Lina is a spiteful, if sometimes wordy Sin'dorei. She has an adolescentine rebellious nature, and a desire for vengeance so strong that she would stop at nothing to meet her ends. While she may display the odd gesture of kindness and compassion, it is never without some ulterior motive, some subtle clause that will twist people to her own goals. She sees herself as perfectly justified in all her actions.
She is smart, there is no doubt about it, but she often bases her decisions on emotion, or at least, a combination of emotional desires and rationality. Fel, they say, addles one's ability to distinguish right from wrong. Of the races, she cares very little. Sin'dorei she has a sense of camaraderie with, the same going for Orcs, both races having suffered long and hard at the hand of the Burning Legion and its minions, but the other races could just disappear as far as she is concerned, and the world would be no worse off, nor better.
On this note, she hates the Burning Legion and craves vengeance for the destruction of her homeland, Quel'thalas. She seeks to use demonic powers, warlockery and dark magics against the Legion, in a 'Fight fire with fire' mentality, or Felfire as the case may be. She sees joy in having demons fight against other demons, and draining them of their blood and Fel energies only to supplement her own powers, and put her one step closer to her final goal: Revenge.
History
Born as most Quel'dorei of the time, in Silvermoon, Lina's childhood was a fairly normal one. Her early years, or rather, decades, were dotted with breaking the rules, breaking various objects, sneaking off to play out in the sun, and a complete and utter disregard for what she should really be doing, namely studying the Arcane arts. As she grew, however, she found interest in the power that had brought the elves their fame.
Yet, despite studying the Arcane for the decades to come, her aptitude was always in the destructive power of Fire. She loved it. She loved the feeling of flames wreathing her skin and torching whatever stood in her way. She gave in to it, as it brought her an ecstatic feeling of swelling with power. She learned all she could in the span of time in which the other races fought their great Wars, and even managed to hear a rumor of the existence demonology and Fel magic. This aroused even more interest in this new form of power, but she had very little time to pursue it and see if it was true before the Undead hordes, minions of the Burning Legion shattered her homeland and sacked Silvermoon itself. She barely escaped with her life, putting to the torch as many Scourge as she could in the process, despite them bearing the faces of former friends and loved ones. Indeed, little did she know, but she singlehandedly ended up incinerating her own family, now turned to the ranks of the unliving.
The chaotic fire mage ended up delving further into the Fel as the Sunwell was destroyed and she needed a new form of sustenance and power. She gorged herself off Fel energies and became a Blood Elf, alongside her people. The Alliance betrayed them, leaving them to die. She couldn't bring herself to care. She wanted revenge - revenge on the undead, and on the Legion that commanded them.
It was not long before the Dark Portal opened, and she could travel through, to strike back at the enemy of all life, fighting fire with fire, stealing and enslaving demons from the Legion, and using them to combat their own forces. Being so close, practically in the Twisting Nether, she felt empowered. She travelled Outland far and wide, though usually alone, or with some form of enslaved demon, fighting against other demonic entities wherever she could. Conversely, it was on this shattered world that she honed her abilities in the Fel and demonology as a whole, whilst still enjoying the feeling of torching whatever obstacles lay in her path.
Until the fall of the Lich King back on Azeroth, she remained on Draenor's remnants, only now making her homecoming. Whether she will be received with open arms, or blades in hand, the fel-weaving avenger walks Azeroth once more, seeking to further her abilities, that she may combat whatever shadows lay ahead, even if she must fight Fire with Felfire...
Skills and Abilities
Lina differs from the usual Warlock spellset in few ways:
Improved Succubus: Shazadi, Lina's Succubus is almost always somewhere nearby, watching from invisibility or a shapeshifted form. The minion is capable of extruding small bony blades from her wings to attack with or throw, in addition to the usual Succubus skills and spells.
Metamorph Junkie: Lina has specialized in the use of metamorphosis for a rather long time - the prospect of fighting Demons as one fitting into her mindset perfectly - and has grown accustomed to the rigors that the changed shape imposes on her form, this allowing her to maintain the spell for longer amounts of time.
