Lidea was raised to be well-behaved and with a sense of propriety, both things that sunk in quite well and she continues to exemplify to this day. However, deep beneath the warm and proper exterior is hidden sorrow and vengeance, feelings that first formed there at the severe losses of life she was forced to suffer, feelings that fuel her passion for her life as a paladin and vindicator.

History

Lidea was born and raised in the great city of Silvermoon and was raised to be as cultured and proud as any Quel'dorei at the time. Her youthful days consisted of lessons in etiquette and the Light, and this served her quite well.

As she came of age, she joined the Elven priesthood and served as a cleric, and her days were spent healing her race's soldiers after the occasional skirmish with the Amani. But she later joined the ranks of the Silver Hand as a Paladin after deciding to take a more direct role in combat while still utilizing the Light she had wielded for so long. She didn't serve for very long in the Second War, but what few Elves the nation of Quel'thalas sent to aid helped turn the tide of the war.

Life went on for Lidea after the war for some time, and she spent it quietly and continuing to hone her newfound discipline until the Third War and she was once again called to arms. Her part in the war mostly consisted of defending areas in and around her homeland, and was quite the distance away when Arthas struck Silvermoon. But her and her remaining kin returned to their ruined city and took the name of Sin'dorei in honor of all they had lost. But still the war carried on, and she and the others eventually fled to Outland with the promise that they'd receive a new source to sate their magical addiction.

She fell to despair, having lost so many of her kin, betrayed by her former allies, and now using demon blood of all things to sate her thirst, and she quickly found her grip on the Light slipping away. Life then became a struggle for survival, for herself and those still left, so she continued to fight because she had to and refused to simply lie down and die. She was a part of the group that would be assigned to lay siege to Shattrath, only to be ordered to lay down her arms. Voren'thal's vision and claim that salvation lied in the Naaru wasn't difficult for her to accept, and with renewed purpose, faith and conviction, and the rejection of Fel to instead siphon the mana from the skies and mana beasts of Draenor, her old powers returned to her. Powers she used in her march with her fellow Scryers against what remained of Kael'thas' forces in the Naaru fortress of Tempest Keep, and then later when the Elves and Draenei of Shattrath united under one banner, the Shattered Sun, of which she was a part of and continues to be to this day.
