Nice-fitting robes with a staff he sometimes uses as a walking stick.
Other: Likes to dress nice, and usually can do small chores with magic (Putting a book in the right place on a bookshelf, etc) He also has a large collection of books that he has copied/bought from libraries across Stormwind and Ironforge.
He also has trouble trusting the "Taller" races such as the Night elves and the (few) High Elves..
Personality
Lethys is a very kindly old man, and has a deep caring for his own people and anyone else who wants to remain peaceful. He is a bit of an eccentric, sometimes talking far too much or writing up plans for inventions that most people have no use for (of course, this could be said for most Gnomish engineering..)
History
Lethys was born in the small town of Kharanos , at the Thunderbrew Distillery (Which the local Dwarves still bother him quite a bit about) His mother was one of the local guards posted at the Ironforge/Gnomeregan gates and his father was one of many Ambassadors, constantly leaving to Stormwind (This was before the Tram, so you have to imagine the walk!)
Because of this absence of parental supervision, Lethys took it upon himself to discover every nook and cranny Dun Morogh had to offer, and in a few short years, he knew everything like it was the back of his hand. After these discoveries (and getting a few scars from bothering the Troll camps) he spend most of his time in Ironforge, while his curiosity in magic grew to a fever pitch.
Sadly, his parents did not like the idea of magical use, and told him it was forbidden to do so. So, after doing a series of odd jobs in secret, Lethys began to pay for his Mage training on his own, and became a user of Arcane magic, learning from inside the Mystic Ward.
Years later, Lethys joined many like him and worked inside his city, drawing up plans and assisting the Alliance in any small way he could. By then, the seeds for the city's destruction had already been planted, and when the blasts went off, him and a few thousand where able to escape to ironforge, most of his family killed in the blast or poisoned later by the fumes. After the death of his city, Lethys traveled to many places, and began to study magic more and more frequently, studying Druidism, Shamastic and Holy magic (even though he never really understood them)
Coming back to his home of Ironforge, he was appalled to see that Gnomeregan was sitting and rotting. At that moment he announced the Creation of his Guild: "The Gnomeregan Restoration Committee" and even though he has only a few members, he hopes to reclaim the city he loves so much.
Nowdays, Lethys is still running around (which is odd for someone his age) Visiting in Ironforge or Stormwind, along investigating the Gnomeregan Gates, who knows what he might get into!
