Personality

Kromlarg is generally cheerful and full of energy. Despite this, he is rather meek. He is often seen as childish because of his constant fascination with... Everything. The smaller things in life he notices and appreciates, from the blooming of rare plant and the flight of a colorful butterfly to brutally intense combat and heavy drinking. It is all a wonder of life to him. At times, this may make him come across as... Simple, which he is, but he will occasionally have brief eruptions of wisdom and insight. Just before chasing a bunny with ax swinging wildly in hand.

History

Kromlarg was the fourth child in his family, but only the second to survive infancy. The first being his older brother, Kharngor. He had as peaceful a childhood an orc could have, he was far too young to begin his training. However, he always would spar with his brother for fun. His brother was always too competitive especially as Krom to match his size. He knew Kharn had felt belittled by him, but he could never muster the courage to talk to his older brother about it. Especially after Kharn left home after his coming of age to fight in the First War. Krom began training diligently to make his family proud.

Only a few years after the end of the First War, Krom, along with the rest of the family, learned of Kharn's first child. They celebrated the first born orc of their bloodline in the new land. Krom was becoming increasingly restless, he desperately wanted to fight alongside the many other warriors. Krom crossed into Azeroth with a new wave of grunts. He was far too young to fight in battle, but he believed if he could find his brother he would be able to stay in the new land with his family. Krom came from a small village, he had no idea the scale of the Horde's forces. He wandered with bands of warriors from camp to camp in search of his brother. Eventually he met a group familiar with a certain petite orc. After nearly a week of travel, he came to a large camp at the edge of a forest.

And it was in that camp, that he met his niece as well as his brother's mate. Later on in that week, he was reunited with his brother who had been away scouting lands further away. Krom rejoiced to be with his brother again. Kharn was less than enthusiastic, but he did welcome his brother. The two conversed on many subjects, one of which peaked Krom's interest. The Second War had begun. He felt it was his chance to prove himself. As the camp moved north to the frontlines of the war, so did Krom's hopes. However, Krom was kept from combat by his brother. He assured Krom it was for his own good, Krom wouldn't understand until years later. Soon enough the Second War was done and over with and not long after their family was ripped apart.

He and his older brother had been moved into an internment camp. They were away from Kharn's mate and daughter. Krom did his best to console his brother, but it was all in vain. Krom's spirit refused to break, but it would be scarred during his years in the camp. He saw the mightiest of orcs, warriors he met along his journey, become reduced to feeble men. He refused to allow the same fate for his brother. However it was of no use, Kharn too slowly faded away. Krom's adulthood had come and gone, his youth however had not yet slipped his grasp and not a moment too soon. Krom's moment to shine had come, orcish raiders had come to free the captives. It only took a few moments for Krom to realize that not only did he have strength left, but it was aplenty. The raiders began their retreat along with several orcs fleeing the camp. Krom began his own escape when he noticed that his brother was sitting on a stool by the fire. He knew there was no time to reason with him and simply flung the flailing, frail orc over his shoulder and ran towards the flock of orc outside the wall.

The following years, would be the most boring, uneventful of his life. Krom was no longer a little brother, but now a father to Kharn. His brother simply refused to pick up his life and move. No matter how Krom reasoned, his brother would shrug him off. It was at that point when Krom came to the conclusion that his brother need tough love. And no love is tougher than an orc's. Krom, knowing full-well he would have regrets, tackled Kharn and began pummeling him. It was as if they were children again. Kharn spewed insults with Krom cackling away, it was their way of telling each other how much they meant to each other.

With Kharn resuming his role as leader of the duo, Kharn wishes to find his mate and daughter. Krom agrees to help in any way possible. The two seemingly waste years, as they are unable to find a single clue on where they may be. Recently, Kharn has agreed to leave Krom and continue the search on his own. Krom wishes his brother the best of luck, however, he decided it was time for him to become his own person. No longer attached to another, he is now living within Stranglethorn Vale.
