Personality

Is only generally social when speaking to employers or when feeling comfortable. Is a calculated killer who desires perfection from himself and nothing less. He is most irritated when things don't go according to plan. Sticks to the letter of the jobs set by his employers, whether it is assassination, information gathering, or others. Tends to keep to himself but can sometimes converse with others, although he would not be after the joy of conversation but information instead. Quite evil as he sees no real wrong in what he does, but will only enjoy his job if it is followed through and serves a purpose. He uses subtlety more often than other strategies.

Other: Hirable.

History

45 years before the First War, the Elf Itzal was brought into this world. For many years he was brought up under the little 'guidance' his wealthy parents gave to him, they were pompous and seemed to care little for him. There was always a maid or slave looking after him while his parents were busy, sparing little time for their only child.

The first two wars of Azeroth seemed to pass them by without paying much attention and so Itzal's childhood remained uninterrupted by the cries of battle. They were well sheltered within the city walls of Silvermoon and cared little for what happened outside of the Elven lands.

Over the course of Itzal's childhood he began to feel a deepening hate for his parents as they continued to ignore him. He took a keen interest in sneaking around the streets of Silvermoon at night. Sometimes he pick pocketed someone simply for the thrill of doing something bad, since there was no one to tell him off when his parents wouldn't care less. As his skills in thievery began to develop he regularly trained himself with personal tutors in ways of combat, arguing with his parents that it was for exercise purposes.

Of course they threw anything the kid wanted at him for they did not truly know how to be good parents. Just like they were not prepared for Itzal's birth, so to were they not prepared for the Scourge.

As the scourge poured through the city, slaying everyone in sight, Itzal was away in the forests on a small hunt of some wild animals, also known to other races as Amani Trolls. He returned to his home to find it in smoldering ruins, the dead lay strewn across the city and the survivors were reeling from the loss of their beloved sunwell.

Itzal himself had felt the effects, although not as potently as he never really became too involved with magic, also because he was so young he had not developed a need for the sunwell's energies over time. Itzal had nothing left, no money and nothing to live off spare the clothes on his back and the blades sheathed around his belt.

When Kael Thas Sunstrider returned from Dalaran he had regrouped the remaining Elves and renamed them Blood Elves. Itzal, of course, was not to be seen. It was thought that he went off into the forests and lived out some of his life training himself more against the Trolls, stealing and killing them for the excitement it brought him.

Upon honing his skills further, he began to seek out contracts with various groups to land his first assassination job. Itzal reveled in the challenge. His first kill was a competing merchant of his employer. After a gruelling struggle, He managed to overpower the unwary merchant, taking his gold and the awarding gold from his employers.

Now at the age of 75, Itzal manages to find many jobs catered for his profession and skills. He has recently travelled back to the rebuilt city of Silvermoon and has rented accommodation in one of the Inns. He prepares himself for the days ahead as security measures grow and people start to become more obsessed with their safety and wary of the many dangers present in Azeroth. But Itzal has revealed his identity to no one and plans to keep it that way by any means necessary.
