Appearance

When not in his armor, Francis is dressed in all Brown clothes; a brown linen shirt with brown pants and a pair of brown boots, all of which he either stole, found, or bought at a very low price. Armor: When he is in his armor, Francis wears all black leather, which he salvaged from the dead Defias in Westfall and Elwynn Forest. He also is seen wearing a black mask, and his tabard from “The Red Alliance”.

Other: Francis always carries around at least one dagger and a rifle.

Personality

Alignment: True Neutral

Being an Orphan took a major tole on Francis's life. Sure the orphanage taught him about the Light and about one's proper manners, but Francis never really cared much about either the Light nor manners. He will do anything to get a job done and he doesn't mind killing anything or anyone to get what he wants. He will follow orders if he has to, but he prefers having his own set of rules and doing everything -his- way. He will do anything to survive and he does not scare very easily. He hates Orcs for their attacks in the First and Second Wars. He hates Trolls and Tauren because of their association with the Orcs. He hates the Forsaken because he sees them as he does the Scourge, mindless zombies. He hates the Blood Elves for betraying the Alliance. He loves all members of the Alliance for their help in assisting the Humans with destroying the Horde. He doesn't care about his appearance and he doesn't care about helping others unless money is involved.

History

Francis Drayton's past is very mysterious. No one knows exactly where he came from, nor whom his parents are/were, however it was speculated that he was born somewhere in Westfall and that his parents were in the military.

Francis Drayton's known past began as soon as he was found outside the gates of Stormwind by a farmer who was on his way to Stormwind to sell his goods. When the farmer stumbled upon Francis (who was a very small baby in a basket), he found a note lying just beneath the basket. The note told the farmer that the baby's name was 'Francis Drayton' and that he was "Free to a good home" as if he were a puppy that was left on a street corner. Feeling sorry for the child, the farmer brought Francis to the Stormwind Orphanage for proper care. He was gladly accepted into the Orphanage. Francis was given proper care and, when he was old enough, was given a small education courtesy of the Orphanage. The thing that most interested Francis in school was history. He would study history day and night, and because of this, History was the only class that Francis passed. Francis learned to have a strong hatred towards all members of the Horde and a strong loyalty to the Alliance from his History lessons. This strong hatred of the Horde gave him a goal in life: To destroy the Horde.

At the age of 15, Francis, whom had not been adopted for all those years, decided to run away from the carefree life of the Orphanage. It bored him and he hated it. When he was running through the forests of Elwynn, to get as far away from the Orphanage as possible, a thought occurred to Francis. He had nothing to protect himself, nor any money for food. He concluded that he needed to find something in order to survive, but that he did not know where or how. He couldn't just run back to Stormwind, he had to come too far for that. Just about this time, Francis spotted a house in the distance. Having no values or morals, Francis decided to sneak into the house to see if he could find anything useful. Once he got inside the house, Francis was surprised to find that the House looked as if it had recently been abandoned. He looked around the house to see if he could find anything useful, and much to his relief, he was able to find several important items. He found several gold coins, several pairs of shirts and pants (These were a little large on him, but he did not care), a small rifle with an ammo pouch, and a small dagger. He gladly took all these things and left as quickly as he had come. Francis began his new life... Hunting the animals of Elwynn, stealing, and doing amounts of odd jobs to make a decent living. Even when the battle against the Legion and the Lich King was taking place, Francis's life had gone on. He had only heard rumors about the Lich King and the Burning Legion and when he did, he thought nothing of it, he did not think that any of that really affected his life, nor that it was important.

And so his life went on. Hunting, stealing, killing, and doing odd jobs for some kind of life.

Current History: Francis was K.I.A. after getting into a fight over race in the Booty Bay tavern. After the fight, Francis was taken into Booty Bay (the fight had taken place outside the city and Francis was not yet dead). Francis managed to piss off the Elf that had brought him into the city, thus causing the Elf to throw Francis over the edge. When Francis hit the ground below, he was knocked unconcious and he slid into the water. Francis had unconciously drowned, with no help in sight...

Francis Drayton was found and revived by Ranko Stargazer. Francis is currently seeking revenge for his death.
