Personality

Alignment: Lawful Good

Flinn is a youngling, as it can be seen by both his appearance and disposition. He tends to be kind and helping, while trying to stay out of trouble. His intellect is also nearing his zenith, being in his mid-twenties, giving the boy the ability to understand things almost fully, with just bare details. He also seems to enjoy mounted combat, preferring lances and polearms over the general swords and maces used by the argents. Members of the other Alliance races, be it the sturdy dwarves, the noble draenei, or the clever gnomes, at least of what he's met, see him as a good person, having in mind not many people enjoy working for even a minimum amount of pay, and even members of the Horde consider him an exception from the usually wayward humans.

History

Born in Andorhal, one of the largest cities of Lordaeron, and also a leading trade center, Flinn was the son of a merchant and a soldier.

Suffering the outcomes of the Second War, most of the population crippled by the economical crisis which was still present in some parts of the kingdom, Flinn grew up, sacrificing what he liked for the good of the family.

He was trained to fight, use a firearm of sorts, ride a horse, and basic trading tricks.

One day, while the boy was somewhere in the area of fourteen years old, he was coming back home from a trip with his father's horse, to deliver some goods, he heard screams from their house. He rushed to investigate, only to discover the dead body of his mother, and trading a glance with one of the murderers. He yelled for help, but when the militia arrived, the thieves were gone.

A few years later, the Third War began. Rumors began to spread throughout the kingdom, rumors concerning infected goods. Andorhal was a large trading centre back then, thus the people were worried about the safety of their home town. However, the past weeks were hard ones, so the population quickly consumed the shipment of grain that had just arrived.

A grave mistake. One that would lead to the downfall of Lordaeron, and the deaths of thousands.

Not even a few days passed before the folks began feeling ill, coughing out strange liquids. And finally, the people began mutating, into mindless beasts, hungry for flesh. Flinn hadn't eaten from the grain that day, being out of town with his father. With his dad serving in the Andorhal Garrison, he soon found himself surrounded by a horde of undead. He grabbed the family sword, and fought alongside the defenders. Many fell, and the others retreated. Flinn was able to spot the Necromancer, Kel'thuzad enter the town with his servants, before fleeing to the wilds, where he would stay until the end of the Third War.

After things had settled down, there was much to rebuild in the shattered Azeroth. Flinn had no home to return to, and thus he went to Stormwind. The still poor state of the economy forced the ambitious youngling to look for manual tasks.

After years of working in the mines around Elwynn, selling newspapers in Old Town, and even being a caretaker for all kinds of animals, Flinn still dreamed of becoming a great warrior one day.

His opportunity appeared when the Argent Dawn was formed, and when Flinn finally went to seek his fate north, to the area that had once been his home. Upon entering Hearthglen, he was amazed by the great architecture of the small hybrid of a keep and a town.

When Hearthglen had developed into a major political and social hub for the Argents, Flinn requested to join the ranks of the military, following in his father's footsteps.

Now, only destiny stands between him and his dreams, as he is pursues his goals in life, with more vigor than ever before, willing to fight to reclaim Andorhal from the Scourge.

Skills and Abilities

Flinn is skilled in mounted combat, wielding one-handed, short weapons, as well as glaives or lances, otherwise attempting to excel in defensive combat, not being aggressive when not mounted and charging.
