Actually, I was thinking about this. Is the issue that the image isn't immediately updating after uploading a new version? I don't know if it's unique to this server or the CMS in general, but the most recent version of an image doesn't visually update until some time after it has been uploaded to the server. Generally, I see it update in about an hour, though it may have taken longer in the past. It might just be that we don't see the change until the server performs some tasks that refreshes it.  Piroska . T C 13:37, 13 April 2012 (PDT)
