Personality
Fazk has a severe case of brain rot, and is rather simple-minded. If it moves, it's interesting to him. If he can catch it, he wants to take it apart. And if it breathes, he wants to know if it bleeds, too. He's easily distracted unless put to a task by his master, and highly unpredictable. (I have a six-sided die with emotion faces on it, and roll it when Fazk encounters a new situation, so even I don't always know what he'll do next.) He tends to speak very simply, and often simply categorizes objects and people by rather arbitrary characteristics. In life he preferred to solve problems with violence, and valued power, especially over other people, over all else. Occasionally, this shows through still.
History
In life, Fazk was a warrior for the Sandfury Tribe. He wasn't particularly clever, but he was definitely ambitious. Most of his free time was spent dreaming up ways to overthrow the chieftain and take over, but most of the schemes were utterly half-baked at best. It is unclear if the chieftain's sense of humor finally ran dry, if one of the schemes came to close to being successful, or if it was an unrelated accident, but Fazk was found dead in the Tanaris desert. His body lay among the bones of a huge beast being picked clean by scavengers, only a day's hike from the walls of Zul'Farrak and bearing only a pair of stone axes and his war armor.
He was found by Hogrim, a practicing graven one, and Fazk was raised mainly because he came with his own armor (less expensive upkeep!) and the bones of the creature around him were far too large. Fazk was raised with only a vague, muddled memory of who he was, and followed Hogrim with only a little prompting. Now he is a nomadic zombie, traveling from place to place either at the behest of his master or because of a very short attention span.
