Personality

Ellea is a very kind and loving woman, perhaps to a fault. She loves nature, and would never do anything to harm it. Unfortunately she considers orcs, trolls, and other such things to be part of nature, and thus avoids harming them as well except when absolutely necessary.

She loves her sister dearly, despite the fussing the two have once in a while. While they might taunt and tease each other every now and then, their love is true, and either one would protect her kindred in a heartbeat.

Honestly, the druid just wishes the whole Horde/Alliance conflict could come to an end, so she could return to a simple life of mending the world without having to worry about getting an axe to her back. Speaking of which, she would sooner commit to fleeing than engage in combat, having absolutely zero confidence in her combat abilities. If she feels that she'd be treated with care, and notes running to be a foolish notion, she surrenders.

History

Ellea and Shiana were born as twins to a couple whose names were loss in the annals of time. The two were shown great love from their two parents, one a druid and the other a priestess, whom tended to them very well. They spent nine blessed months with their biological parents whom both lovingly nurtured the pair. The family would go on trips about Ashenvale, seeing all there is to see, with the father having intentions of returning to the dream once they reached a century.

It was on one fateful night, as Elune watched above the family from high in the sky, that disaster struck. Bushes ruffled about the foursome. The stomping of hooves could be heard. And a vicious, faint cackle rode upon the wind. It was only a short time before the stalkers revealed themselves to be Satyr. Playing a cruel ‘joke' on the family, they requested that the mother and children be given over to them for a night while stating that the three of them would be returned alive. All five of them laughed at this idea.

Unfortunately, daddy didn't like that.

He outright told his mate to flee with the children, whilst his body shifted into an ursine. The loving couple parted ways, mother fleeing, father charging the Satyr. His only intention was to stall the corrupted ones in order to give his beloved a chance to escape. In the end the life of the druid was only worth thirty seconds.

Mother ran as fast as her legs could carry her with both children in her arms. Despite being a priestess she was a rather quick woman. Though eventually the toll of running for so long with added weight took her down, causing her to collapse in exhaustion. Thinking quickly, she hid the two girls in a hollowed out log, telling them to hush and that she would be back soon. Mommy ran off into the woods once more, trying her hardest to lead the Satyr away from her precious children. Her efforts were not in vain.

After two hours of waiting for their parents, unable to make any noise due to fear alone, the babies cried for them to return. This did two things. The first it did was attract the attention of a stray Satyr who chuckled as he spotted them within the log. As he reached into it to snatch the two children the second thing it did came into play.

It attracted a nearby druid.

He was angry.

Roaring, he called upon the woods to engulf the Satyr in thorn ridden vines. The beast cried out for mercy, but they were met with naught but deadly silence. Eventually his screams died out as one of the vines crawled its way through his mouth, rupturing his insides, and causing him to to meet a most untimely (yet extremely justified) end.

Gazing upon the children, he frowned, confused as to what to do with the annoying, crying youths. Thoughts ran through his mind. He could take them to a temple of Elune, knowing the Priestesses would raise them quite well. He could leave them. He could eat them, though that thought only stayed in for a fraction of a second. After noting their amber eyes he decided that the best thing to do would be to take them in and use their potential for the greater good of the Kal'Dorei as a whole. He would raise them as both a father and a mentor. He also named the two after his favored sisters and granted them the same surname as his, Lifewind.

Bringing them back to the safety of the den he slept in, the druid would raise them like any normal man would for fifty years. He taught them everything he felt a fledgling Kal'Dorei should know. Though the most important lesson he passed on (in his opinion) was to never bother him whilst he was sleeping. After these years past, he brought them into the dream for the first time.

The trials that Ellea underwent during her training were hard for her. A fragile body kept her from shapeshifting easily, and her poor eyesight did not do her good when out in the wild. She came to rely on her sister for most things. And since the two had no knowledge that they were twins, both came to assume that Ellea was the younger due to her size.

Another fifty years passed which consisted of sleeping, surviving, and learning. It was as the twins reached a two-hundred that the druid told them ‘I'm going to sleep, damn it. Get out of my den.'

The two sisters began to travel across Ashenvale, making sure to stay safe, to be careful whenever there was no one else about. Occasionally, they would enter a random den if only to be kicked out by the residing druid when he woke up to adjust what corner of his underground chamber he wanted to rest in.

As they came upon the age of three-hundred, the twins discovered that they both had their own goals and aspirations to attend to and thus parted ways. Ellea, swearing that she spotted a white stag whilst she lingered within the Emerald Dream, followed the path of the Antler whilst dedicating herself to the worship of Malorne. Shiana, a much more free spirited woman, found the path of the Wild more suiting to her personality.

The next century Ellea lived was spent trying to hunt down Malorne in her dreams, which was an impossible task. She would wake up occasionally to tend to the woods about her but did barely anything else besides eat and occasionally (one a year) socialize. Her frail body prevented her from truly participating in combat and thus she focused on healing and other non-combat abilities. They were very nice years in isolation for her and she generally enjoyed the time alone, though occasionally longed the company of her sister.

She would stay on the sidelines during the Third War in order to heal her wounded sisters. Even during Hyjal the druidess refused to actually participate in any sort of conflict, once again serving as a healer. She was quite dismayed at the destruction of the World Tree, but consoled herself with the thought that it was necessary.

Ellea now wanders the world of Azeroth, determined to see it all before her end. Perhaps she could do a little good here and there. After all.

A world of war and its craft must be wounded in so many places!
