Personality
He's a vibrant man, who has as deep a love for life as he does for food. When not trying to fill his gullet with whatever sweet treats he can find, he often is holding a book. He has an extreme fascination with anthropology, and loves to study other cultures and include them in what he calls "research", which is basically a journal detailing different hotspots around Azeroth. It's sort of his version of a hitchhikers guide.
History
He doesn't remember much beyond being on a ship for most of his life. Having to eat the same old food day in, and day out... socialize with the same people, and only learn the ways of his people... more. Needless to say, after about five thousand years of it, he grew restless. His path to becoming a mage was a short trip from his love of studying, and he soon became adequate at wielding mana, and using it for offensive and defensive purposes.
They arrived at their new destination: Draenor. An area that was alien to them, and quite unlike home. A place that Drexl would see as a new opportunity to gather information different from what he was used to aboard Oshu'Gun. A place to try new foods, and hopefully, meet new races.
However, Orcs weren't that friendly. Brutish thugs, he actually thought. He went with his people on their new vessel, to try and leave behind Draenor, and search for a new place. This ship wasn't unlike the last, except for he spend most of his time in a stasis pod, like everyone else.
Then, one day there was a crash. He was one of the few that happened to be aboard a stasis pod, luckily, -before- they hit Azeroth. He was found by his fellow people, and let go.
Soon after, he began to study the wildlife. After quickly becoming bored, he left for more "social" areas, such as the human towns, and a little while with the Night Elves. He quickly started to try and adapt to these cultures, finding some others tend to be more critical over his appearance, rather than his demeanor, attitude, and mannerisms. Now he roams around, trying to find what he can. And perhaps aid against those darn Orcs, probably the one race he has no desire to find more about.
