Appearance

Leather and fur clothing for the purpose of warmth, not for protection. He usually refrains from wielding weaponry, though he does own a basic war axe. His gloves are made of metal-reinforced leather, slightly compensating his lack of real weaponry, should the need to fight ever arise. He usually has a larger cape, which he uses for multiple purposes, other than for clothing, while out in the world.

Other: He has a deep, Orcish voice, which may, at times of frustration and anger, rise a few notches in tone, and generally speed up. The skin on his knuckles is hardened and scarred, a testament to a life of brawling and fist fighting. He has quite a bunch of minor scars on his body as well; most of them spread out on his upper body.

Personality

Darumok can be a very good and loyal man. This most often when among friends and family - people he can trust. He will do what they ask of him more often than not, since he values relationships very highly. It's not uncommon that he gets irritated or angry with people close to him either, criticizing smaller details or character flaws of them, but in an underlying sense he only does this because he wishes them to improve upon their ways.

Among people he doesn't trust in any particular way, he will most likely seem a bit neglecting and projecting a sense of superiority. He tries his best to display a default opinion of dislike when first meeting people; this because he has issues with trusting new individuals in his social surroundings. Given enough time, and a lack of disruptive errors in the relationship between Darumok and someone new, he will gradually allow him or her to take part of the real character of Darumok, and as such start trusting.

Having (by his standards) untrustworthy people, or perhaps direct enemies, in his surroundings, will garner a anger, frustration and hatred - all depending on the severity of how bad the relationship is. Direct enemies will most likely experience an in-your-face attitude, with insults and derogatory comments, if not a full out fight. He is not likely to engage in physical fighting though, unless he carefully has considered it worth the risk. Behind the facade of projected rashness and irritation will lie a level of complicated thinking, weighing the ups and downs of each situation, in respect to his life situation.

His disposition will be relatively decent to other Orcs. It will be about the same to Trolls and Tauren as well. He will have a hard time trusting Blood Elves, and the hardest time trusting the Forsaken (as he considers them abominations of the world).

As for the members of the Alliance, he will have a very hard time trusting them, and he will feel the need to remove himself from their presence in almost all situations, since he feels a certain obligation not to fraternize with the enemies of the Horde. In contrast to that though, when it's about work (meaning the brawling, and the making of money through that), he will at least make a decent attempt of setting aside his own thoughts on them and their ways, and try to think ahead - he needs the coin to survive, after all, and he is very economical in the respect that he always prioritizes getting the coin to continue eating well and fighting well.

History

Born to a father and mother that were both part of the First War's Horde invasion forces, Darumok was the youngest of his many siblings. He was, from an early age, very competitive, being raised in a climate of constant competition and rivalry, seeing as his siblings were mainly of the male sex. His father, a decent weapons- and armorsmith to the forces of the Horde, didn't have the proper time nor interest to tend to his children, leading to the rivalry getting much more serious as time progressed, since each brother felt that the position of the dominant male of the family was his to claim, Darumok being no exception. The low amount of visits led to his father being adored and deified by the children, who didn't really know the father's character, and thus were unaware of any of his weaknesses.

Time progressed, and Darumok would experience the harsh environment of the internment camps. In fact, this is where most of his childhood and early adolescence would take place. Darumok learned to appreciate smaller things, such as owning enough clothing to stay warm and dry, owning enough equipment to keep one occupied with things within the walls of the camps, and more. Being separated from the rest of his family, Darumok quickly learned to shut down any emotion of neediness. Those he loved were nowhere to be found - so why bother? Instead, Darumok befriended a very small amount of Orcs, while getting into arguments and fights with many others. The inactivity within the camps led to a clear prevalence of violence between the Orcs, so it became somewhat of a daily routine to quarrel and bicker.

As Thrall released the Orcs from the internment camps, Darumok joined the reinvigorated masses that rallied behind Thrall and what he stood for, and as such he followed to settle in the then newly founded Orgrimmar. Once here though, he couldn't find any particular occupation that suited him as a person. Indeed, the only thing he knew was competing and fighting - which, after a hard time of attempting to make stray coin here and there, while essentially hunting for any food that he needed himself, led to him challenging others Orcs to one-on-one battles without weaponry. This proved to be a success, as Darumok managed to win quite a bit of coin.

Continuing on this path, Darumok has, to this date, been a relatively active brawler, seeking out fights with whomever would face him. This line of work has taken him far geographically, from the southernmore regions of Kalimdor, to the forest lines of the Night Elven woods to the north - mostly with the ambition of winning, but mainly with the goal of making a living. He prefers staying in Durotar though, and the nearby regions, which is where he'll most likely be found.

Skills and Abilities

Darumok has pursued a career in brawling. As such, he has retained skills related to improved knowledge of how strikes, kicks, throws and grapples function - with particularly advanced knowledge of strikes and throws, as these have been his area of focus for as long as he's been brawling. The obvious effect of this is that, while he fights in a normal way per sé, his physical attacks will most likely be more effective and more advanced than the average opponent's, provided that his opponent isn't an experienced brawler.
