Darialla Sunsong is a 237-year-old Blood Elf Wizardess. She is played by Spiralin.

History

Darialla was the fourth child brought into the world of Azeroth by her parents. However, at the time her older siblings had already moved out of the house, so it was as if Darialla was an only child. Of course her older sisters visited the house when she was growing up, and so she had known them to an extent. However Darialla didn't have the greatest relationship with her sisters, since they were not very close in age. Being the only child in the house, Darialla had most of her parent's attention for a time.

After Darialla had graduated from her normal school, her parents allowed her to choose what she wished to do next with her life. Darialla chose to become a mage, enrolling in a Silvermoon school where she would learn, and study about the arcane. She particularly enjoyed enchanting because it allowed her to work with other objects, and it was always fun to bestow the gift arcane upon other things. Because of this, sharing was easy for her, she enjoyed sharing her happiness. Often taking her friends out and paying for everyone's food. It was through these outings that she met the man that would one day become her husband. Darialla being the fun girl she was, made a bet against her friends that she could get a date with a guy of her friends' choice. Diran was the boy chosen, and after a few tries Darialla eventually caught Diran's attention. The year Darialla had turned 168, she and Diran were married. Together the couple had twins, two boys. Who both grew up in a well-income household.

By the time the Scourge invasion arrived, Darialla's children had already moved out. She was alone in her house, as her husband was enrolled as a guard for Silvermoon. Darialla's mother had arrived at her house to inform her of what was going on. Darialla, her mother, and three sisters all fled the city together. While fleeing Darialla split from her siblings consciously. She went back, in a mad search for her own husband and children. Her search was in vain and eventually she was left with Sin'dorei she didn't even know. The withdrawal of magic hit Darialla hard, she stopped eating, stopped talking, and had practically given up. She longed for power every aching moment of her life since the destruction of the sunwell, Darialla gave in easily to the power of fel which she found most elves were also using to sate their hunger at the time.

In the time before the sunwell was restored, Darialla had only managed in finding one of her sons. Her husband, and other son still missing to this day.

When the sunwell was finally restored, Darialla knew exactly what 'absence makes the heart grow fonder' meant. When Darialla's power finally returned to her, she decided she'd never let it go again. Constantly meditating daily, training her mind, and making sure she felt what it was like to control the arcane. Nothing had ever consumed her how she let the arcane did. Nothing else mattered anymore. Darialla went mad, continuing this practice daily. Just in case her power ever tried to leave her again, she had a fighting chance to keep it.

Personality

Apathetic by nature, Darialla is really uncaring for other people and their everyday problems. Things that peak her interest are those things that are out of the ordinary. However, one thing she does not do is lie. Darialla is a very truthful person, because she's too lazy to try and remember past lies. She isn't quick to give up, be it a fight, or homework. Determination to get what she wants is one trait that stands out most with Darialla. She is no longer feels the need to care deeply for a person, in that way she gets rid of the chance of having to feel what it's like to lose everything you love again.

• Hair: Darialla has fine strawberry colored hair, typical for the women in her family. She keeps her hair finely-trimmed, often opting for a hair tie to keep the hair from looking messy.

Darialla's robes usually always make her appear bigger than she actually is. Staff in hand to assist her with walking, and never seen without her tome filled with arcane spells.

Other: Darialla has put so much time into studying the arcane that her body has begun to weaken, losing much muscle, and has forsakened any skill in physical combat.

With the constant intense exposure to the arcane, Darialla's body is aging much faster than it should be.

Skills and Abilities

• Mana Hungry - Because of her training and meditation, Darialla has developed a much larger mana pool to draw from.

• Master Enchanter - By devoting countless hours of her life to her practice. Darialla has ascended to the level at which one could be called a Master Enchantress, but by no means does she herself consider her journey over. Darialla still searches for new powers to use for enchanting.
