Appearance

Cyrus mostly wears a strange-looking combination of mail and leather armor while travelling; he gained most of them during his travels throughout the Eastern Kingdoms. His equipment is always well-maintained, even if he doesn't have much time to take care of them during his travels. He always carries with him a worn staff, that has seen many roads since Cyrus crafted it. But in combat he uses a long two-handed sword.

Other: Cyrus shows many signs of his past of the explorer. His packs are always filled with the various equipments needed for a long journey. He wears several scars from his travels from the Explorer's League, and his most recent ones are from the last year spent by the Peoples Militia, in Westfall, where he joined the fight against the men of the Defias Brotherhood. He doesn't take much care of his appearance, he has grown a beard as well as a moustache, during the years.

Personality

Cyrus isn't the typical warrior, with their stoicism and the general uninterest shown against any kinds of mystery or lore. He has a born intention to discover everything, and has a really strong will, as he dedicated fifteen years of his life to pursue this dream of being an explorer. A philosophic personality, who always wants to find the roots, the reasons, the depths of everything he still doesn't know. He is always optimistic about the outcomes of a plan, but always finds a solution if things aren't going as he has foreseen them.

History

Cyrus Marevine has born in the farmlands of Westfall. He has always been dreaming about leaving the good old farmstead one day, and go to wander on the roads, and explore even the most hidden places of Azeroth. He was always looking for more adventure, not one time getting into trouble because of this. And when he reached the age, he set off for the road…

He had wandered all over the places of the Eastern Kingdom, he met the dwarves, and at his second visit, three years after the first, he has got accepted into the ranks of Explorer's League. He luckily evaded all the conflicts between the Horde and the Alliance, and against the Scourge. He learned about a lot of places, and two of his travel books got placed in the official library of the Explorer's Guild.

Fifteen years after he had left Westfall, Cyrus has finally returned to the familiar farmstead. His mother had already died, but his father has welcomed the still-young traveler with happiness. Two weeks after his return, a strange group of thieves raided the house. Cyrus could escape, but his father got burned inside the house set to fire by the raiders.

This moment was the time, when the young explorer, calling for revenge, entered the People's Militia. He moved to Sentinel's Hill, and he bought there a small house. In the following year, he participated in numerous raids against the camps of the Defias Brotherhood, and he became a veteran after his actions as the Militia's forward scout.

In the recent days, he went to Stormwind, looking for news and any oppurtunity to discover Kalimdor, the Outland, and the icy wastelands of Northrend.
