Personality

Benice is distrusting of almost all humanoid races, which explains his anti-social attitudes. Due to the fact he's had to kill animals mercilessly in his past, he's began to use such skills for trading when he does visit civilization, which has become increasingly common as of late. Due to paranoia that he is still wanted for a murder based on self defense, he attempts to at least resort to following the basic rules of Stormwind when he resides within there. Elsewise, he remains a hermit, following enough self-dictated rules to ensure survival.

History

Born as a bastard child to a prostitute mother, Benice was sent to the Lordaeron orphanage before he was even two hours old. Having grown up in the Orphanage, Benice has seen many different kinds of children. Annoying ones, mean ones, and even more annoying ones. Benice didn't really socialise much with the children, who had play sword fights, and who always chose the "large-boned" kid to be the nasty Orc. Thankfully, Benice was quite a lanky figure. His nickname for well over 10 years of his life was "Troll", however. Although, he become tired of this mistreatment, and decided to give his "friends" nicknames. They were all the same however. "Fucking Fel-head."

Unsurprisingly, Benice was removed from the Orphanage and sent to work at the local Blacksmith's at age 15. The blacksmith was a drunk and a beater of children.. This was known by many, yet no-one ever acted on it. The Blacksmith was too domineering. Being beaten daily by a man who didn't know his own strengths really lowered Benice's self-esteem. Finally, one day, his Nineteenth birthday, he cracked. While the blacksmith was working on a blade, Benice managed to find a blade he had finished earlier. He snuck up behind him, and using his height to his advantage, slid the blade across the Blacksmith's neck, a grin appearing on his face. With the corpse on the floor, and a blade in his hands, he grabbed a bag, put some stuff in it, and was never seen by Lordaeron again.

A while after the murder, the guards of Lordaeron suspected that almost anyone could've killed the Blacksmith, as he was a notorious bastard, so to speak. Though Benice was the prime suspect, his disappearance combined with the dangers within the world suggested that he was dead, and the case was closed. The blacksmith had no family, so further investigations weren't prompted.

During his travels, Benice enountered many strange things which changed the way he thought of life. He watched as nature went on, animals ate animals, insects laid eggs, rain fell and the sun shined. All of it seemed so fluid to him, much like water running down a quarry. Benice, however, thought to himself "What if I put a rock in the way of the stream?"

And that's what he did. He began simply hiding food away from scavangers, and watching their reaction. He noted such findings down on a notebook he took with him, and began learning of these animals by effectively removing the things which they required.

After about a year living within the forests of Lordaeron, Benice had become a fledged survivalist. The Humans he stumbled upon thought of him as barbaric, and a "Troll", concerning his naturalist lifestyle. Because of this, he continued to remain in the forests for several years, his physical structure and stance now identifiable as Trollish.

After a short while, Benice travelled to Stormwind after hearing some words regarding the new human city. He now remains in Elwynn, moving between the forests and Stormwind, much to the distaste of the City Guard.
