Personality

Asirius comes off as a strange and cheery person even in the darkest of situations or conversations. Even when talking about what may seem like the saddest thing, he will always keep a cheery smile on his face which, over time, may grow to become something eerie. He claims to be a follower of the Holy Light and, despite this being a lie, he understands what the religion is and the three virtues and uses these to keep his act up. Whereas, as a Warlock, he might of been driven to completing evil tasks, he doesn't pay attention to anything 'Good' or 'Evil' and tends to keep to himself. The reason he had of practicing Fel Magic was the feeling it gave him and this is all that drives his choice of magic.

The man also has a problem with his memory and identifying people he may of known in the past. He cannot remember people based solely on their faces and has to tie his memory of them to an object, anything at all. When he cannot gain such a thing after constant looking and asking he would start to show signs of desperation, especially if he considers the person a friend. Because of such, he would have plenty of trinkets on him, often stuffed inside of his pockets or on his body, depending on what he has picked up.

History

Asirius was born in the city of magisters, Dalaran, to a pair of High Elven mages. These two at first had a certain amount of reluctance when it was coming to conceiving a child due to their studies but, after a fateful night, the child was brought to life through an accident. Despite this, they chose to keep the child and raise it to the best of their abilities which in the end was much harder then they thought. Because of this, the time he spent with both of his parents wasn't as much as many children would of witnessed and he spent more time alone in a day then he may of liked.

Despite this setback, he followed in his parent's footsteps and pursued a career in the manipulation of the arcane. His parents were thrilled with the idea that he would one day become a proud magister with them and did everything they could to encourage him and further his abilities. But, he didn't need any motivation other then knowing that he would be making his parents proud, beginning to crave their attention more then anything. He got this attention with each step of his training, continuing to further himself into the art so he could be as powerful as both of his parents.

It was during the First War that he came upon a problem with his magic. While he was practicing his art, he drawn out enough power to attract the attention of a demon which, using the energies, tore itself into the world of Azeroth in front of him. This demon was a Voidwalker and wasted no time in attempting to get Asirius within his grasp. Asirius was quick on his feet though and got to attract the attention of some of the other magisters who were swift in destroying this problem of his, questioning as to what happened and quickly learned that this was yet another accidental attraction of a demon.

This event made him notice something. It wasn't the art of summoning a demon which interested him, it wasn't the chaotic potential of such a beast but it was the energies it brought through with him. However small, that tiny sample of Fel felt so great and it grew into an ambition for him, to feel that feeling once more. The only things he could find within the city of Dalaran which related to the magic was that it was something evil and was the magic of Demons, nothing about how it is gained or anything. He kept trying to cast spells to attract the attention of another demon but such a thing never happened.

Something came to his attention during the Second War, the Orcs which fought against the Alliance were manipulating this magic, the Fel. After hearing this, though, it wasn't long before the war was over and the Orcs were taken into captivity and nothing more was done about this magic. This didn't stop him as he was intent on finding this magic once more and begun to travel from camp to camp in search of an Orc who has experience with such. It took some time, but he found this person in an Orc named Risita and, after quite some time planning and executing such, he freed her from captivity using his skills in the art of arcane.

This act of his, however, caught the attention of the guardsman within this camp and they set a bounty upon his head, thus, the two had to go into hiding. In this time, the Orc taught Asirius what the Fel is and how it was manipulated and it was only a few years before he was using it as if it was completely natural to him. At the beginning of his training, though, the Orc gave Asirius a dagger so he could remember her and it has never left his side since. The pair of them continued to grow in strength side by side with each of them teaching each other new skills. Asirius taught her greater manipulation of the Fel which he learned on his path of becoming an arcanist while she taught him how and what the Fel is used for.

However, when the Third War came, many things were taken away from him. His home, Dalaran, all of his friends and his mother. After, his father disappeared completely and he never saw him since, despite such he never thought of him as dead. It was during this time that he parted ways with Risita for some time so he could return to his homeland of Quel'thalas. When he returned, it was just in time for the Elves to return from Outlands and show them how to absorb Fel to satisfy their magic addiction. Asirius was ecstatic at this and gladly took this teaching, gorging on the magic to become a Blood Elf.

During this time, he also decided to mark his body in memory of his fallen friends and family. This took the form of a tattoo of nineteen markings each creating a wonderful pattern. He took his time to make sure that each of the markings helped his memory remember both who they belonged to, who they were and why they were his friends. After he was finished with this, he returned back to his Orcish friend with his new found knowledge and taught her too how to absorb Fel magic from a source. This pleased both of them as the feeling of absorbing Fel was great, much more so then simply casting a spell.

To this very day, he begun to live life under the guise of a follower of the Holy Light, learning all the knowledge he needed to keep his act. He continues to strive for the great feeling which comes from using the Fel, not paying too much attention to anything else in the world besides his own pleasure in this manner.
