Personality: Andrew is a somewhat bitter, but well intentioned forsaken. He is always obsessive with minimizing practicing the light and is quick to remind everyone to not get hurt, for his sake over theirs. While quick to flare up and mock others, he is almost never truly angry. He also seems to exhibit a martyr complex, under the constant guise that paladins and other zealots are out to attack and undermine him as a priest.

History:Andris was born into Andorhal and a mostly uninteresting childhood. Most of his days were spent working with his father, making sure that all the agricultural shipments to nearby settlements were going to the right place with the right supplies. Eventually, Andris took over his father’s job when he was 15, directing and ensuring that the northern province of Lordaeron thrived.

As Andorhal was the first targeted human city, Andris died at the beginning of the Third war from the plague when he was twenty. Once liberated from the scourge, Andris begun to pursue the priesthood to fill his time. Within a few years, he gravitated towards the Light in contrast to a majority of forsaken priests, quickly citing the need for balance that was preached but often overlooked. Pain was a fast teacher and Andris quickly learned to wield the light with a bitter proficiency. While he was able to heal those in need, channelling the light for any amount of time quickly burned him out rendering him useless.

But Andris had time and knew there was more than one way to keep someone alive than through brute praying and twirling of fingers. Few forsaken physicians exist, so Andris first focused on the uses of alchemy and herbs against living subject; a rapidly progressing field of interest for the forsaken. A year under Master Faranell in learning classical alchemy with particular interest in herb effects, Andris set out to try and find a physician in the recently allied horde to teach him the basics of first aid. To Andris’ surprise, he became quickly adept at first aid through his dedication to keeping himself as clean as possible, even going so far as to remove all dead flesh from his lower arms and hands and bleaching them sterile regularly.

Oddly, many were hesitant to be treated by a forsaken physician, so Andris took to the road in search of patients, assuming he’d find adventurers who would either be open or desperate enough to allow him to apply his first aid skills.
