Personality
Quiet and calculating, Allouenza is more of a listener than a speaker. She seems passive, almost harmless, but she won't hesitate to fight for what she believes in. She picks up on small details, allowing her to be very diplomatic. Despite all this, she has a tendency to lose her cool and leap at an enemy if she feels threatened, or if she feels that an ally is threatened. Allouenza is timid and nervous, a result of her past.
History
Allouenza Silverstar grew up in Silvermoon without any parents. Both of her parents were killed in skirmishes against the Amani Trolls, so she was raised by close friends of her parents. Because of this, she grew up hating all the fighting, and strove to become a Paladin, bending the light to her will.
She spent time scouting around Silvermoon on guard duty, a job that suited her fine until the Regent Lord was assassinated and Rommath assumed leadership of the Blood Elves. Allouenza distrusted Fel magic, and was horrified when it was legitimized. She felt that moral self-destruction was too large a price to pay for an edge. Despite this, she consumed it just like her brethren, but only because she had to. She spoke up to anyone who would listen, encouraging a change in leadership. But no one wanted to listen. Why would they? The Blood Elves were still in shock after the recent change in leadership, and depended on Rommath to guide them. It was this exact attitude that bothered Allouenza, and after an incident where she called them "mindless sheep being herded to their own demise", the final straw was drawn.
Her foster parents urged her to leave before she be executed, and bring them down with her. As a parting gift, her foster parents gave her a Dire Wolf (they got it from a visiting hunter), which became her loyal mount. Slightly bitter, Allouenza left Silvermoon to wander the world, seeking a way to stop the fighting once and for all. After several days, she ended up in Booty Bay, where she met Bianca Eveans, a Human Paladin who shared the same goal. Bianca invited her to join her Order, Shades of Grey, a group whose goal was to bring about an end to the fighting, and unite all races. This was an idea Allouenza could get behind. She was tired of being oppressed, and being unable to trust anyone for fear of being killed. Allouenza hesitantly accepted the invitation to have a place to call Home since she left Silvermoon behind.
Since her travels, Allouenza has met many different people, all with their own stories to tell. With the relatively recent restoration of the Sunwell, Allouenza has been trying to find her faith in the Light. It is very difficult for her to use her powers. A minor healing spell can expend most of her energy, requiring her to rest for several hours. This said, it is nearly impossible for her to heal herself because the pain breaks concentration.
After meeting and ultimately falling in love with a gentlemanly rogue, Allouenza decided to give her race another chance. At present, she is trying to make amends with the people of Silvermoon, and accept their dependence on Fel as a potentially permanent way of life.
