History

Born in Ashenvale some 2000 years or so, he was a surprise to his family. Not only was he the only boy, but he was born with amber eyes. The family had previously only carried females to the world. His father, a pious man, sent young Alarios to train as a druid at a very young age, before he even became an adult. During the first few decades, Alarios could never pick a totem, always changing his mind at the last moment. That is, untill he saw a Druid of the Grove healing the trees and wounded hunters. Minutes after seeing the Druid for the first time, he saw the transformation from Kaldorei to Treant. Astonished to see he could become one with the trees themselves, atleast partially, he ran up to the Druid and immediately asked to be trained as one. The elder Druid chuckled at the young Kaldorei, taking him under his wing, training him in the ways of a Totemic Druid of the Grove.

He spent centuries after centuries learning and studying, never faltering even after the harshest criticism. Once he was done training in the ways of a Druid, he came back to his home, helping the local hunters and gatherers in their tasks. All this was dandy untill the Third War broke out. His home was invaded by Orcs, and he saw the chopping of trees as a horrific act. Acting as one of the scouts in his Treant form, he nearly got himself chopped in half, were it not for the arrow stoping the Orc's axe. After the disputes were solved, he begrudgingly accepted the humans and Orcs, but was often the one treating wounded soldiers in battle. However, as the war came to an end, and the World Tree's destruction, Alarios felt different. He didn't feel as connected to nature, but realized with the loss of his immortality, he will participate in nature's cycle of life. After the war, and the increasing hostility between the Alliance and the Horde, he chose to affiliate himself with the Alliance. During the 7-8 years after the war, he wandered the forests of Ashenvale, where he can still be found today.
