History

Aevri's parents were both sanctified priests of Lordaeron. Working and blessing the king along with healing and giving aid to those in need. Her parents had met while studying first aid in Stormwind. Since then they had decided to marry and start a family together. Aevri's mum became pregnant, but at a bad time. Aevri was born around the time of the Second War, her parents had lived in Lordaeron, This was once a place of pride and joy but war was afoot. Aevri had been staying in a small village far south of Lordaeron with some family friends. This is the moment the horde struck… Shouts and screams from the inhabitants, destroyed crops and blazing houses. This was the moment that would change her life: Aevri was standing in the corner, only a baby, if anything a small toddler. A human, whose clothes were blazed in fire and smoke had ran past her, followed by a orc's war cry. She looked up and saw a middle aged-human about 38, lift her up and shroud himself in robes. He hid behind the houses and found her family's horse. He strapped the girl on the horse and whispered “May the light save you!”. He undid the ropes that the horse was bound to and just as he was about to jump onto the horse. A arrow whizzed past Aevri's ear and hit the man straight in the back. The horse burst into action from freight, heading roughly. From memory. Back to Lordaeron.

A few years later the second war had finished. With safety for the Alliance. Aevri was a poor orphan, in a cramp, cold orphanage. She waited, every day. For her parent's warm hands. A quiet content hug. Anything. She passed her time by playing with the other kids, playing games like “Hide and Seek”, “Hide the Teddy” and she would sometimes watch the nurse apply a bandage to someone.

Many years passed and brought with it the third war. A plague ravaged the land and only few people remained untouched. The king had been assassinated, most citizens had lost hope. The matrons in the orphanage had abandoned what was left of the children and only human veterans from the Second war remained. Defending the crushed city with shattered morale. The scourge finally broke into Lordaeron, focused on one thing. Human flesh. The undead army searched around the city centre looking for the scent of human meat. A girl was seen dead on the stone pavement. Aevri was now he last child in the orphanage alive, the last child in Lordaeron alive. Suddenly a home-guard charged around the corner calling for any forms of life to evacuate. Aevri screamed as loud as she could and the guard rushed towards her. Unknowing of the scourge threat that had entered the city, he ran past the centre of the city, hordes of scourge following his wake. He grabbed the girl and hurried for a exit in the sewers which, could only be opened from the inside. The scourge followed but gave up their chase. They had orders.

The home-guard took Aevri to a hidden camp, this camp had soldiers never seen to Aevri. They had a black tabard with a white border, and a drawing of the sun in the centre. When Aevri turned eighteen, she was invited to join the now well known “Argent Dawn”. She accepted. She knew this was the chance she had been waiting for. The chance to make sure her parents did not die in vain! She took this chance to train in the ways of a priest and would heal those in combat, sometimes calling for the light to smite her foes.

The Argent Dawn has recently joined forced with the Silver Hand to form the Argent Crusade.

The strict, monk-like training at a secret unit near Light's Hope Chapel brought her up to be strong-willed. The six months at the unique camp brought her abilities to shine. She was like a prodigy when mastering the light. She had memorized several spells off by heart within the first few weeks of the training. They used to capture a scourge-member and then the priests would test out their skills, smiting and burning the rotting corpse. After the intense training she decided she would leave direct light of the Argent Dawn, acting as only a side-agent.

She moved south thoroughly weary of what troubles she may approach. Let it be demon or undead she will stop and destroy them.

She now seeks a home in the Stormwind area, and hopes to attain a job in the Cathedral of Light.
