Appearance
Usual garments: Rosalie dresses appropriately to the situation she expects to face. When in a city, she will mostly wear casual clothing, while wearing more protective clothing when not near a place of sanctuary.
Personality
Rosalie has a serene personality, up to the point where she is capable of keeping her cool under pressure. Other might see her as either a calm person, or someone who is quite uninteresting. She has quite a dry sense of humor, but enjoys a good joke nonetheless. Rosalie is still quite young and naive.

History
Rosalie grew up during hard times. Her parents, who lived in Alterac before she was born, moved to Stormwind where they wanted to start anew. Having lost most of the little wealth they had, they offered to work for the owner of a farm, in return getting a place to rest their heads at night. Every day Rosalie’s father would leave the house to help rebuild Stormwind while his wife and three children stayed at home to work on the farm.
As she grew up, Rosalie befriended the landlord’s son named Tye. When she finished her daily chores on the farm, the two would sneak off to play in the surrounding fields. Stormwind was eventually rebuilt and Rosalie’s father started working as a miner. During this time the Third War began. Despite her mother’s plea to stay close to the house in case something happens, Rosalie still snuck out to play with Tye.
In her teenage years, Rosalie's mother started teaching her daughter some minor magic spells. Fascinated, the landlord insisted that she is sent to Stormwind to receive proper training from an experienced mage. Rosalie’s father agreed, and with the financial help of the landlord he bought a small house in Stormwind. They moved into the new house shortly after.
It was hard finding a mentor for Rosalie. Most of the mages who offered to train apprentices turned her down, saying magic is not suited for a famer’s child. She eventually managed to find an old retired wizard who was willing to teach her the basics. During her years of training, Rosalie developed an affinity for cryomancy and was able to learn it with much more ease than the other schools of arcane she was taught. The training consumed most of her time, but she was still able to occasionally explore the city. At first it was hard to adjust to her new surroundings, and her longing to spend time with Tye like before did not help at all. After a while, the mentor grew a liking in Rosalie and started teaching her more advanced magic.
With the Shattering and Deathwing coming to terrorize Stormwind, Rosalie fled out of the city with her family to retreat to safety. When they eventually returned to the city much later, Rosalie learnt that her mentor disappeared amid the chaos. Now having to find a new mentor, Rosalie decided to turn to the Kirin Tor in hopes of expanding her knowledge and completing her training.
Skills and Abilities
Cryomancer: Rosalie is quite skilled at using frost magic, but has not yet mastered it.
Impale: A quick and effective ability that sends a shard of ice searing at the target.
Frostfire bolt: Rosalie is capable of creating a frostbolt that burns with the intensity of fire.
Frozen Embrace: Rosalie condenses the water in the air around her in a layer of ice, protecting her against physical attacks. After using this spell, Rosalie can further manipulate the ability in two ways:
Shatter: Shattering this frozen armor, Rosalie sends shards of ice searing in all directions, dealing area of effect (AoE) damage in a small area around her.
Frost Nova: Rosalie quickly melts the shield and freezes it again in such a way that it roots nearby enemies for a short while.
