Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: Mithronala has two outfits, primarily. The first is a long gold and red with a matching hood that goes down far enough to generally cover the empty area where her nose once was. In fact, it hides most everything but her lips. This is her more common outfit, and she doesn't wear anything to help her with fighting. Her second is a robe of purple cloth and strips of metal with bits of grey. It also has a hood to cover her eyes.

Other: Body-wise, Mithronala is not too much of an incredible specimen. She's lithe and athletic, with few curves to speak of. The main noticeable thing about the girl is the fact that the right side of her face is heavily scorched, and that her nose is missing. Only two little slits for breathing take its place. Her still-whole eyes has been surrounded by runic tattoos.

Personality

In a previous life, Mithronala was a coward. In her own way, she still kind of is. When not under implied threats of losing her life (read: most missions she undertakes) she's fairly nonconfrontational, and shies away from having any multitude of eyes on her. That's not to say that she can't be gregarious -- in fact, unless it's more then seven people, she can be fine in a group, and partake in the activity. She's still very easy to scare, and a cowardly streak is something that will never truly leave her.

She approaches the world as a ten-year old dog its old toy. She's wary that some snake might be hiding in it, ready to pounce on her tongue. On the other hand, she's happy that she's finally been reunited, and is undoubtedly curious as to what changes have befallen the toy in the break between them. Lastly, she's scared of the toy. Ten years is a long time to be separated from one another, and Mithronala is keenly aware of this. She's also keenly aware that, while she has grown, the world has to. And while she knows what she's capable of, she does not know the same for the world.

When it comes to races, she's not all too bad. Add in a hidden dislike for Night Elves and Tauren (merely through their relationship), as well as Dwarves (as they challenge a Black Dragon's dominion in the earth) and Goblins (their voices are just annoying), and that's basically Mithronala's outlook on the world. Most other races are neutral to her, even Blood Elves. While she would enjoy getting to know one, she harbors some deep belief that they will somehow know she stole the artifact and exact revenge on her. Thus, she keeps her distance from them, although more of fear than active dislike.

Naturally, when you spend a good amount of time with someone, you begin to slowly adapt to their outlook on life. Mithronala is a prime example of this; in her millenia of time spent with Saltharion, she has adapted to many of his opinions and personality quirks. She's become rather averse to any laws, and while remaining steadfast in her opinions on certain things, she is easily swayed when regarding areas she has little experience or knowledge over.

History

Mithronala was born a few hundred years before the Sundering. Her childhood, while fair to the young girl, is mostly unimportant to the story. She was born, trained in magic by her Highborne parents, and decided to invest her time more in the evocation abilities, following after dear Queen Azshara. In this way, amongst Highborne children, her early life was not all too interesting, nor unique, and altogether repetitive.

And like all other Highborne, her life was flipped upside down come the War of the Ancients. However, her family, in this case, was a bit unique; they were utterly selfish and cowardly, and instead facing the death of their empire with strength, the family promptly fled, and spent the war in hiding, from Kaldorei and their brethren Highborne. They, like all others, were made acutely aware of the Sundering through the tremors of the earth. They reemerged into a world changed. Their official story was that they had been fighting the Kaldorei, but had become lost through a faulty portal with no way home.

The family, together, managed to adjust to the new world rather well, all things considered. Certainly better than some of the other Highborne. For two thousand years, they lived in relative peace. Mithronala took up training to become a Priestess of Elune, while her parents lived off of what she earned, as well as what food they conjured. They dealt with the whiplash from the Well of Eternity through druid-sponsored meditation sessions, something Mithronala really disliked. Of course, this didn't last. Eventually, some how, a fellow Highborne learned that the family hadn't fought at all. The family, using this against them, was forced to help in creating a magical storm that was to wreck Ashenvale.

Well, her parents were. Mithronala, as is to be expected, was scared of the Highborne, and fled. The other Highborne knew of this, and gave chase to her. She ended up shaking them by running into a cave and taking random turns until there were no more sounds behind her. However, this had an equally negative effect -- she was thoroughly lost. After crying her eyes out and steeling herself, she reconjured light and continued on her journey. What she found was definitely not what she was hoping for.

In lieu of any possible escape or hidden Highborne city that still thrived, she found a massive black wyrm. And, more importantly, the wyrm found her. When this happened, Mithronala took the predictable route -- she cowered and begged for her life. For whatever reasons, the black dragon decided to spare her, and press her into service. Her first task was rather simple -- there was a powerful artifact being used by the Highborne to bolster the storm, and Mithronala needed to claim it for the black dragon before any blue got a hold of it. Enter a few threats of death and suffering unending from the dragon, and you had Mithronala off on her first mission.

It was rather easy to get to the artifact. Mithronala, after all, was a Highborne, and it's not like her fellow Highborne were all too closed in their recruiting. Getting close to the artifact was a bit more of a challenge; it took a bit of cajoling and flirting, but she managed to get to it. Ultimately, though, stealing it was the biggest worry and issue. Her ultimate plan amounted to placing as many wards on herself as possible, grabbing the item and running.

This worked, to a degree. She lost a handful of things, like most of her clothes. As well as this, the right side of her face and most of her nose had been blown off by a lucky fireball that had broken through her wards. Luckily for her, she was a slower runner than he'd anticipated, and it only tore off her nose. Through the tears and pain, she managed to recognize the mutual danger in not returning to the black dragon, whether she was caught by it or by the Highborne that ran after her. Thus, she ran like a deer with an arrow in its calf.

Luckily, she survived. However, she was miles away from any help for her now pitiful excuse for a nose, and merely had to accept her now horribly marred beauty for what it was. The black, at least to her, was surprised that she'd managed to survive and, in exchange, gave her a small chain with an amethyst in a locket on the end. Thus began her servitude under the black dragon Saitharion.

Of course, working for a black dragon for a few thousand years has some perks. One is getting to stay alive. Another is that no one in your line of work really cares that half of your face and all of your nose has been torched. Lastly, it's a good way to stop being such a coward. After all, nothing's a better motivator then eternal suffering. And this happened for thousands of years, so most of her cowardice became non-existent. Her master often left for long stretches of time at random, and she learned not to pay much heed to this, instead focusing on keeping his hoard of gold tidy or cleaning up the place.

Her first real return to society came only ten years ago. The dragon became interested in the events transpiring at Mount Hyjal, and sent Mithronala to investigate. In order to hide her visage and race, Mithronala adopted a cowl and a mask, coming to some Humans and joining them under the name Seronechil. It was with them that she fought at Hyjal, and them from whom she learned of enough to please her master. And so, she returned to him, and told him all she knew. He already knew most of it, but some was good to know. Since then, she has been busy under the guise of Seronechil, making sure to do all necessary of her.

Skills and Abilities

Mithronala holds a decent capability in most (comparatively) basic Mage things; portals, conjuring food, basic enchantments. These things she learned in her youth and has not yet forgotten. However, her primary abilities lie in evocation, and the control of elements within that school. Her staff has been enchanted to best augment her fire abilities, and thus she prefers to focus with those.

She maintains a fairly agile and athletic body, leading to her being rather capable of dodging attacks. It does leave her rather weak in the strength department, incapable of doing more than the moves necessary to use her staff.
