Upon removing his platinum set of plate one would uncover a simple shirt, dark pants and sock-covered feet.

Other: He bears a series of scars and war-torn markings, earned from both steel and flesh, although only but a single slash mark has found it's way across his left cheek, underneath the clothing is a chronicle of cut, slash, stab and scratch, not neccessarily in any order.

Personality

Meldan is an aloof individual, having spent a great deal of time as an officer in the Argent Crusade rendering him to have an exaggerated sense of self worth, although his current age counteracts this raging ego to a degree, making him self-aware of this and desiring for reformation - Unfortunately we all know it is nearly impossible for one to change their own personaliy. His arrogance has further led him to develope a lack of patience, he paid for this during the final months of the Northrend Crusades, having sent a division of soldiers towards a scourge batallion prematurely and in frustration. As a result in self-acknowledgement towards these flaws he's worked towards several goals to tame his weaknesses. Meldan also hides these weaknesses (albeit sometimes unsucessfully) under a silent and composed mask, hoping that these makes him appear more mature than he really considers himself to be. Meldan possess the mindset of a thinker, retiring to his office or tent or whatever private location is avaible to collect his thoughts over. Following his silent and composed mask, Meldan possesses a side that may appear to be self-centered, although narcisstic wouldn't be the best description for it, arrogant and an insufferable thinker he yes, but unlike your typical and extroverted narcisstist he is coy and slightly anti-social. During his younger years Meldan had an eagerness and strongly self-confidence to him, where he used to be moreso social and extroverted while he was a Farstrider for Quel'thalas, he is still this but like all other flaws, it is covered under a mask of silence and only wrought on by stress or anxiety.

History

Born into a middle class Quel'dorei family as an only child, Meldan's mother died under unknown circumstances two years after his birth. From there on Meldan's childhood begun a plummet straight towards destruction. His father, having developed into a depressed person following the passing of his wife, decided to resort to chemical means of escape. Often would the disheartened Meldan have to tuck himself at night when he was merely eight years old and older. The two-person family was eventually kicked out of their home in Silvermoon for not paying the rent. Sometime later would Meldan's father be heard discussing details with a friend of his, and from then on would Meldan be raised by his uncle, Thyrius Morningbringer. The now fifteen year old Meldan was taken into the home of a very strict and devout Quel'dorei family, with youthful arrogance beginning to write itself upon his personality already. Thyrius, being a man trained in swordsmanship and combat, left Meldan little to no choice but carry on his knowledge. For many years would Meldan be taught by his Uncle in the ways of combat that is until the formation of the Farstriders.

With eagerness to demonstrate his prowess and training in combat, Meldanion hurried and joined the newly formed organization. Despite being trained ahead of time, Meldan had seen little to no actual combat at the time, and was nothing but a novice swordsman. During this time his Uncle joined the Farstriders as well, and the two fought alongside each other during the Second War, participating in a few notorious battles and skirmishes alike. Following the events of the Second War, his Uncle's newly wed wife would become pregnant, and another was born into the Morningbringer Family.

Years later however, the Third War was not a pleasant one as the invasion of Quel'thalas begun, Meldanion was injured in battle as Thyrius didn't meet a luckier fate, during the attack on Silvermoon he sacrificed himself to save Meldanion. A state of grief hit Meldanion massively as the funeral was unable to be held, hence the City being a wasteland at the time.

Some years after that however, Meldanion would catch word of the formation of the Blood Knights, consuming the recently attained fel energy and joining their ranks, although he only remained with them for a few years before he resigned and made way for Hearthglen, joining the ranks of the Argent Crusade. During his inital year as a recruit he was hurriedly shipped towards the Northrend Crusade, where he joined in on the war against the Scourge. Whilst displaying a rather average valor and ferocity in the many Scourge battles, Meldan's wit and cooperation with his supierors proved himself more of a tactican. The month he reached the rank of Officer in the Crusader army he participated in the Battle on Icecrown Citaedal, where he showed particular skill in leading a small group of artillery forces. Following the final battle against Icecrown, Meldan received word that he would be receiving recognization for his service in Northrend, he was offered the high-ranking position of Commander.
